While it was a beautiful view of the Inlet, the beach was only a block away. The condo was clean and well decorated. A nice porch to look over the Inlet. Close to restaurants and food stores.

The best of both worlds. You have a wonderful ocean beach on one side , and the beauty of the inlet on the other side. Fishing , blue crab, and shrimping all at your finger tips. Just a great time!!!

We stayed at the Thomas House the first week of Sept.This house has plenty of room for a large family. Loved how close the beach is to the house! Very nice closed in ocean front sitting room. Loved it so much, I have reserved it for same time,next year. Great rates for the amount of bedrooms available. Would have liked to have had a grill available and maybe a TV in the bedrooms with the queen beds. Nice location to grocery stores.

We transferred to this rental mid-week after some bad luck at our original rental. We stay oceanfront every year right on the beach and weren't quite sure how we'd like staying on the inlet. We absolutely loved this house and location. My husband and boys got their fishing license and fished every day! The house is immaculate and well maintained. The pool is awesome!! And the views from the decks are pretty amazing too. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property description was accurate and we found everything as written. The property was clean, everything was a little used. The apartment could be cleaner and everything was as old as the hole complex. The bed in the masterbedroom was not the best. The rental management was very helpful and the house mangement very friedly. I would recommend to friends and come again because all over all we were satisfied.

location just steps from the beach & the parking lot. the condo is great & had everything needed. Had washer & dryer. would not stay if not available. only conplaint is carpet. all the wood floors (which were beautiful) your feet always full of sand. more rugs needed or bigger rugs where they are. hate getting into bed or out of shower with sandy feet. the garden city realty group are great to work with.

Love the location and this property in general, since we have stayed here before. Condo was clean and completely supplied with kitchen items. Pool in front of this building (north) was terribly cold and everyone there wished it was heated. We requested a new shower curtain liner, and it was delivered AND installed by housekeeping in minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

This is a very nice condo, but it does need some updating. The furniture in the living room especially needs replacing, as the arms on the couches are falling off! However the view is absolutely incredible. We had extended family meet us for a group vacation, and therefore had 5 separate condo units in this building. This unit did not compare to the others unfortunately, and I paid as much (or in some cases, more) than they did. For this reason I feel the unit should be updated, as it is not comparable to other units at the same price point.

My parents and I had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect walkable distance from the beach. The house did not have an odor as sometimes pet friendly places do and the dogs loved it!

We had a wonderful week in Sea Master 401! The ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and there was more than enough room in the unit for the six of us. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool, which was well maintained. The kitchen cabinets and some of the furniture was a little worn (which is to be expected with so much use), but the décor and overall feel of the unit was bright, beachy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future!

Southern Comfort was a great rental home that met the needs of our family and friends. We had a wonderful week. The property was clean and well suited for all ages. The only issue with the home was with the pool. The description of the house stated that a pool heater was available. That was not the case. We had small children and two infants that could not stay in the water long because it was too cold. The adults felt the same way! But the ocean was only a few steps away, and it was enjoyed by all.
