We stayed at Surf master 307 the week after Labor Day Weekend. It is a beautiful property with all of the amenities you'd expect. Great location right on the ocean front. The condo was clean and everything worked fine except the rear right burner on the stove. Loved the fact that they supplied beach chairs and toys for the kids although they should advertise that so we wouldn't have to pack all of it for the trip down. We wouldn't have had to bring a thing for the beach. Furniture was in good shape and the flat screen televisions were great. Great place to stay for the family.

Surf Master is our favorite place to stay in the entire Myrtle Beach area. This unit is very nice, right on the beach with a fabulous view from the balcony (which is very private). Everything was clean enough upon our arrival; the carpet could use a good cleaning, which is no surprise in a beach rental. The decor is quite tropical & a bit busy with large pieces, but the unit is big enough that we still had plenty of room. We appreciated having linens provided & a washer/dryer in the unit. Oh, and the bed is so comfortable! Check in/out was quick & easy, and conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building. We will definitely return in the future.

We have rented from Garden City Reality about 4 times in the past, mostly work related. A few years back we stayed 2 houses over Riva’s A. So I knew ahead what to expect (The steps and music from Pier). While these houses are similar there is a slight difference in the space of the rooms, but not a deal breaker. We had a few needs while there but each call was answered very quickly and very kind people! There are some things that happened that was beyond anyone’s control and again very quick response and met our needs as best as possible. We will return!!!!

The interior of Beach House 109 is furnished like a decorator magazine article. Fun, fun, fun. We feel very comfortable there. All amenities are first class.
The exterior of the Beach House Building overall needs some work. Paint peeling, Holes in siding, etc.
I hope this is taken under consideration before you lose it.
The location is unique.

We loved the place and the location of the penthouse. Beautiful views, everything close by, the beach was AMAZING! We were a disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo, and reported the unclean conditions (kitchen, floors, patio and master bed comforter) to the management company. I had a conversation with Miss Sue, who is the cleaning supervisor, and arranged for someone to come in and take care of my concerns, which was done efficiently and immediately. I would suggest that a more efficient cleaning take place, as the master bath shower has mold or mildew in the grout that is easily cleaned with a cloth and attention isn't paid to the details of cleaning. Overall, we loved staying here and would stay again and will recommend it.

Very nice condo.....but in need of an electrical rehab. All of the outlets were so worn that the plugs would fall out.
Great location and this unit being a first floor end unit provided a terrific view of the beach area.

We over packed so much because without knowing it. This house is so well stocked with pots pans plenty of dishes cups cooking utensils, soaps spices, pool toys beach toys it had it all! All the little things that you could need. It was very spacious and so relaxing! One step was broken on the walk way was the only bad thing. And the walk way didn't go all the way to the beach and the sand was SO HOT that we ended up using the public access to get to the beach but it was only a few steps further. Overall my family highly enjoyed this house!
