My husband and I found this house to be perfect for the two of us and our two little fur babies. loved the location, and loved the local neighbors.

The carpet had a huge stain on it. One of the beds which we didnt stay in had a bent leg broken But could have been from the renters before us.

We will try to rent this house again.

This condo was very nice, high up (14th floor), and relatively clean (still some little areas with dead bugs and/or food bits). The sofas looked relatively new, but the pullout beds weren't comfortable. The bedroom was nice, but again, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. I know that we were down to 1 elevator, but it would have been nice when the maintenance staff was holding up the elevators to let other floors be advised (my husband waited over 30 min for an elevator @ 730am, and had to walk up 14 flights)!

We have stayed here before and the upgrades were outstanding in 2017.Security of property and upkeep were excellent. The maintenance man of the property was absolutely outstanding. Constantly working to keep the grounds some of the best around. Toilet in the main bath room still runs like in 2016 at times. An outstanding rental well kept and upgraded. The only negative is the cable tv " Time Warner" There is no guide available and finding what you are watching or what channel you are watching is really a chore. A great place overall! Glass doors were all smeared Windex cleaned them up. Looks like housekeeping used soapy water that dried with foggy smears. Garden City representatives were outstanding!

The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, well equipped, clean and had a spectacular view. Everything was in working order. The location is unbeatable. The agents with whom we had contact were friendly and helpful and both check-in and check-out were painless and quick.

We have stayed at alot of rental condos but none of them had this amazing view!! I love to come to the beach and sit on the beach and read, you could honestly sit in this condo and feel like you was right on the beach just from the view! The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable beds. I honestly wanted to bring the bed home with me. It was a big plus that you didn't have to pay extra for linens and you didn't have to do alot of cleaning before leaving. I will definitely rent again. The realtor was very friendly and a quick check in.

Our experience was a pleasant one although we did wonder if the cleaning crew had vacuumed the house. It was a very good location for us to fish, my kids loved the pool and the house was near the shopping we did. All in all, it was a pleasant week. We appreciated the linens being provided. Great place to relax. Thanks!

Very Relaxing, The Rocking Chairs on the deck with that perfect view sealed the deal. Slept 6 of us very easily, lots of room to move around, do your own thing. plenty of parking, easy 4 cars.
Small complaints, only one trash can for a place that sleeps up to 8 ? So we bought another one to use for Recycling left it there. No table on back porch.

This rental was very beautiful and clean. A few points to note; you do not have a direct view of the sunrise, you do get a magnificent view and the sound of the ocean from the master and living area. Also there is not a wine opener. Otherwise the rental was nicely stocked. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall the experience here was great...Very nice unit with great views although this wasn't the unit we initially rented...Unit 504 had some sort of leak and wasn't ready for us in time...

Stayed 8 days in September. We always enjoy our stay at Ocean Cove. They added a table on the deck a couple years ago, we so enjoy being able to sit out and play cards or just listen to the ocean.
