This was our fourth vacation at the Gause House. The beach access is across the street, you get a nice view of the surfers in the afternoons from the front porch, and you can watch traffic and walkers all day rocking if you like. Nothing fancy, as it's original and reminiscent of childhood memories with antiques and nice touches, plenty of room to relax and smell the salt air. There is an outdoor shower and parking under the house. We did see a few Palmetto Bugs this stay, but it was a good
week! We will return! Thanks!

This condo was in a great location. Loved being able to walk to everything! Needs to be updated and parking was ridiculous but put that aside it was great. You can't beat ocean front beside the pier.

Enjoyed being able to wake up to seeing and hearing the ocean every morning with dolphins coming by at times. We enjoyed taking advantage of the extensive Sunday brunch at the Gulf Stream restaurant in Garden City for only $12.95.

We have stayed at the Surf Master before, and we always enjoy it. 106 is a nice unit and is well decorated. I was surprised to find a couple beach chairs and a boogie board in the closet. Had a bit of trouble with the TV in the bedroom, but I was able to quickly fix it without calling maintenance. It is convenient to check in and out since the Garden City Realty has an office in the complex. We will certainly return to the Surf Master and would gladly stay in this unit. My only complaint would be that the unit did not have a stereo for me to play my CDs, and the cable company they use did not have the Investigation Discovery channel.

This unit is well decorated. Everything coordinates with the beach theme. It makes you feel right at home. The carpet needs to be replaced - a lot of stains. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The house was furnished and decorated better than the pictures had shown online. We were very happy to be in such a warm, welcoming and comfortable house. The beach theme was beautiful and made us feel like we were on vacation. The house was clean, linen package was great (just one difficultly with the bedsheets not fitting the bed, so we got creative and made it work). The house was clean, most amenities were there. We did have to purchase some (dish soap, tinfoil etc). Pool was great! We spent most of our time there or on the beach, moments away. Great location! The property was safe and such a great location!! We would definitely come again!
