A laid back fall getaway was just what we needed. Garden City Realty was awesome as I booked the unit the day before arrival. We wouldn't be arriving until after hours on Saturday (Go CCU Chanticleer football) and they made sure I felt comfortable and understood that process. The only thing I can warn you about would be there is a North and South Tower and I didn't know which one our unit was in. Luckily we guessed right and when we entered the 1 bedroom unit, I was surprised at how spacious it was. Plenty of seating, a large balcony and the view (we would have to wait until morning) was incredible. The kitchen was just right for a 1 bedroom and a surprise bonus of an extra 1/2 bath was welcome. The full bath off the bedroom is kind of tight, but the 1/2 bath made up for it. Off-season has it's perks with fewer people but the weather felt like summer. It was a big score for relaxation!

Overall a very positive experience. The condo was nice and well appointed. The unit is oceanfront and has an elevator. Some of the furniture had been updated. It was a very convenient location. I would return again.

This is a lovely condo. The only reason I gave a four star was because the outdoor furniture wasn't very nice. There really needs to be good quality, comfortable furniture to enjoy the awesome views from balcony.

Perfect spot close to the beach, nice dock for fishing & kayaking in back with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the pool. The house has an odd layout with no back porch overlooking pool & dock off main living area - it felt very closed in.

My review would be perfect except for a few minor thing and some were to do with wear and tear of any place.The sofa was peaking in places and got on your clothes,hair and floor. We put a towel over-this helped.The ceiling where it had been initially painted was peeling.Other things like burning and ice maker were looked into immediately.This is our 5th time staying there and it has improved each time.gorgeous view inside and out.would stay again.

This is our fourth year at Madam Butterfly. We enjoy the well equipped and charming interior and love spending time on the deck. This year the access from the stairs to the beach was almost flat so it was easy to get the the beach. The size is perfect for the two of us and the second bedroom gives us space for family and friends to visit.
