Overall, great vacation. Very few issues. Unit 113 needs some repairs. AC struggled all week to keep the unit at 70 degrees. Lighting in the master bedroom closet was 3/4 out, closet door in bottom rear bedroom needed to be repaired or replaced. Window in family room(middle level) was cracked. Exhaust fan on bottom level didn't work.

It was a great vacation and the Condo was very nice on the surface. It does need a little TLC.

1. The toilet in the half bath needs attention, as it moves back and forth. It also needs a safety plate on the outlet.
2. The mattress in the downstairs back bedroom was not comfortable. The shower in that bathroom needs to have some safety strips in the tub, this could be a safety issue as it was very slippery
3. The screen was broken on the sliders in the dining room area. The garbage disposal had a problem.
4. After our short visit from Tropical Storm Julia the third floor bedroom had a puddle of water on the carpet and it was leaking through to the living room below (above a TV set)
5. The balcony on the second level could use some repair, it felt a little soft under the indoor-outdoor carpet.


Overall, it was a great location and would probably rent this unit again.

We went when it was chilly and windy but made the best of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and living and kitchen area were up to date. The blinds need some work. After only staying 3 days, we were out of trash bags and toilet paper and no way to get more. Other than that great place to vacation

The house is accommodating, spacious, clean and perfect large groups. We had a total of 16 people, and had plenty of room. The location is perfect, with personal space on the beach. The pool is also a great convenience. The updates were fabulous. This was our second stay at Ocean Air, and won't be our last. We can do as much or as little as we want during our stay. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Our favorite vacation.

For some in our group at the beach it was their second year staying at Ocean Air and the accommodations were just as good if not better than our stay last year because it was freshly painted with new bedding, furniture and décor!The house is very well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed time spent in the pool and hot tub! Our family is already talking about a 2018 beach vacation!

We loved the condo and patio and hot tub. Very clean, comfy and the view is amazing. Little problem one night with the neighbors above us they have outdoor speakers on their patio and played it really loud, didn't turn off until midnight.... might be a problem for others. Also the hot tub some of the jets don't work properly but still great. A handheld shower massage in one of the bathrooms would be a super nice addition. Was going to buy a guest book for the rental there is not one but ran out of time. Those are nice to write your memories of your trip in and read! We love the patio the beach view is incredible.

wonderful location, awesome view, wonderful amenities- pool- beach access - elevator, convenient parking, the kitchen in the condo was very dated. the refrigerator froze my food even after turning it down. 1 burner on the stove did not work even after figiting with the connection. microwave, the toaster, &coffee maker where in great working order. plenty of dishes and bakeware but could have used bigger pots to boil pasta. sheets were very thin. towels were great. balcony wonderful.

Really enjoyed the screened in porch with the best view of the ocean I've ever seen in a rental. The elevator made bringing the heavy coolers upstairs a breeze. Plenty of room and a nice layout. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer were new and worked well. Close to shopping but away from the crowds on Bus 17. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

This Condo was amazing! Beautiful updated interior, clean, extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Freshly landscaped exterior with a well maintained pool. The Ocean front views are amazing! Very close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. We honestly had NO complaints! We actually reserved again for next year and we cant wait!

The condominium is very comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed the ocean front view very much. The balcony was well-furnished and we enjoyed spending time there. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We have always enjoyed good service from Garden City Realty and will continue to use them for our vacation rentals. We would definitely select this condominium for a future stay in Garden City.
