We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from May 7 thru May 13. The unit was very nicely furnished and clean. The pool deck was SPOTLESS every day. We had no contact with property management after we checked in because we had no problems at all. Fantastic location. Close enough to restaurants, shopping and entertainment but far enough away. Will be back!

We have stayed at Surfmaster several times in different units, and enjoyed the location very much. We did have trouble getting the televisions to work, but someone came up right away to help. This unit was not as clean as most at Surfmaster.

Everything was very nice in the condo with the exception of the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress really needs to be replaced, it sinks in the middle. Really hard on my back by the end of the week, but otherwise, very nice!

A wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. TV in LR, & both bedrooms. Furnished & decorated perfectly. Very beachy. Condo is roomy, and in very good condition. The only problem is the shower in spare bathroom just dribbles. Have already planned to stay there in 2018.

Thanks to Garden City Realty for another great vacation experience. Our house was very clean and exactly as described. We had a fantastic week of great weather, a beautiful quiet beach and the wonderful area that is Garden City, SC.

We have rented this particular condo for the second time due to it's great and quiet location on the beach and the distance to the pier, etc. Excellent service at Garden City Realtors who also found our grandson's night light and sent it back to us! Clean, linens included, excellent decor, comfortable beds, everything you would expect in an ocean front condo!

The condo 702 at the surfmaster was clean and nicely decorated.
The kitchen was updated. Our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely stay again.

The condo was very nice. I loved the view and it was very clean. The only negative was the sliding door leading from the living room to the balcony. It needs new rollers, almost through my back out trying to open it.

Over the years, we've stayed in four units in Gulf Stream Villas. It is, by far, the nicest, most secluded complex in Garden City/Surfside.

This unit is very nice, quiet, and extremely convenient. There's plenty of space for families. We recommend it highly with only a couple reservations.

1. The toilets in the downstairs and middle floor bathrooms need work.

2. The middle floor bathroom needs a safety plate on the outlet. This is a danger, especially when small children are in the unit.

3. The pool and walkway lights were out during our stay. We were told by pool maintenance workers that they had been out for the two previous weeks, as well. This is unacceptable. We reported this to the rental company and were told that they weren't responsible for the maintenance but that it would be reported to the company that was.

It didn't seem to be a high priority issue because the situation wasn't taken care of while we were there. People continued to swim in the dark and trip along on the walkway at night.

It's a shame that renters' safety doesn't seem to be taken seriously by the maintenance company.

We have never had a problem like this in all the years we've stayed in this complex. We hope this was simply a glitch in the system.

The rental company, Garden City Realty, was terrific to deal with. We've never had a problem with reservations in all the years we've been going. The people are extremely helpful and friendly and have always made us feel at home. Thank you.

In the area, we highly recommend Prosser's and Russell's in Murrells Inlet. If you love Southern food, Prosser's is the place to go. If you want fresh seafood and great hospitality in a casual setting, Russell's is it. Make sure you meet Russell, who's the host with the most. Nobody's better.

Can't wait for our next trip to Garden City.
