This condo was almost perfect. Plenty of room, the view was amazing, very clean and spacious. One little issue is the range hood does not vent to the outside, just through a filter. We had to open the doors to get a cross breeze to make sure the alarm didn't go off. Perfect location. A much better stay here in Garden City Beach then further north.

I have always loved Garden city but never stayed as close to Inlet before. I looovvedd it. The water is clearer the sand is whiter the beach is cleaner and absolutely no congestion or over crowding. It was amazing. The unit was just like the pictures. All new and updated everything. I could go on and on. Looking at dates now for future visits. All of my family are trying to make this particular unit a regular rental. Currently looking into booking this same unit for two different dates for two different people who attended cousin trip with me.

People at Garden city realty are great to work with. We come back for years. This year we locked our self's out. Johnny was there in less than a 1/2 hour to get us in. I think the place does need a new chair and the kitchen chair's are pretty wobby. I know it's one of the cheaper places that's why we stay there.

This was the second year we stayed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the garbage disposal had to be cleared out when we got there, and then we had to call maintenance for the dishwasher which turned out to be broken. So we couldn't use it for the week.

I would make one suggestion that the owner put tv's in the other bedrooms.

Our stay at The Beach House #305 was fabulous. Our first impression of the unit was impressive. Everything was clean and tidy. There was an abundance of "extras" like beach chairs & sand toys available. Each bedroom had extra bedding and cozy throws. Best of all was the view f the ocean each morning sipping coffee on the balcony. It was a very positive experience!
