We have stayed in Surfmaster unit 904 multiple times. It is always a great condo to stay in. We stayed in the condo during October 2016 when hurricane Matthew struck. There was some damage to the unit. It was great to see how the unit had been completely remodeled. This is a great condo. And Garden City Realty is great to deal with.

Have stayed at Summer Breeze before and this time was no different. The rental was in excellent shape, very clean as always, only had a slight problem with a few electrical outlets but was taken care of immediately. Very enjoyable stay. Will stay there again in the future.

The condo exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The kitchen & bathrooms were immaculate, more than adequate living space for 4 of us, spacious balcony &overall very quiet spot with wonderful ocean view. The master bed & pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, they seemed old & well used. Overall a great spot and we'll definitely consider coming back.

The condo was comfortable and accommodating. Just the right size for small group. The pool area is fantastic. Very roomy and lots of lounge chairs. Unfortunately, the beach was hard to access due to the recent storm, but we enjoyed our stay by the pool.
