Great place to spend a week relaxing and enjoying the beach. Unfortunately the first few days were during bike week. Lots of loud noisy bikes kept us awake at night, but after the bikes left town it was peaceful again. Room has some nice updates since last year. The flooring is new as well as the bedding and kitchen lighting. The king bed is very comfortable and new bedding is beautiful. Hoping the kitchen appliances are going to be replaced soon as they are showing some wear and tear. Overall a nice place for a couple to stay and enjoy the beach.

Overall we had a very good experience with this rental. Looks exactly as pictured and worked well for us for the most part. We would rent again. I do have a couple of suggestions for the owner.....for the average renter it will be perfect place. Location in the building was perfect. View great. Elevator was nice to have. However, I have some mobility challenges and there are a couple of suggestions I would make. Put a grab bar up in the master shower...or some sort of seating for the shower. Getting in and out of shower was difficult for me. The tub is too large/deep to be suitable for me (but my husband loved it). And I needed a bench in the bath area for the knee space. We worked around things, but both would have been nice additions for me. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped....we had problems with a few things not being available (or could not find), but we managed. Furniture in living area, although attractive, lacked stability for me, but was also manageable. All in all...a good rental, notwithstanding my personal problems. Rental agency very responsive and good. no problems there. View and accessibility)to beach very nice. There is also some parking on this level that was very convenient for us.

Very nice house - great location - the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable I'm actually trying to find one like it. The only complaint I have was the WIFI - I tried rebooting - didn't improve it - we had to disconnect from it - might want to have that checked out.

Perfect set up and everything was great for what we need and the location was perfect. The only thing I would say is the pool area could use some TLC other than that, we will be back next year!!
