The views from the deck were breath taking, loved hot tub and perfect place for dining. Kitchen efficient, furniture comfy, needed instructions for TV and only one elevator functional. Pool and beach so convenient. Yes would recommend for large group.

Rental was easy to accomplish, house was spacious and in good condition, just half a block from the beach access. The kids loved the pool and even the adults enjoyed it. The under croft was great for playing corn hole in the evenings and served as a parking garage for bikes, golf cart and cars. The only criticism I have is there were only 10 forks and eight spoons, the tables and chairs on the outside deck were filthy dirty, and there is only seating for 11 for meals. Over all this is a wonderful house and we were so blessed to be able to enjoy the use of it for our family vacation.

Beautiful home would’ve done some things different if I’ve done it but it’s absolutely beautiful. I had to call maintenance but they were there very quickly with pool issues. Garden City Realty was very friendly real great trip.

This was the fourth year that we rented this property, but first during second week of June. It wasn’t as hot as in previous years when we rented the last week. My grandchildren ranging in age from 10-14 loved it due to its location on the Canal and closeness to the beach. The swimming pool was definitely a plus! Overall we had a great time and have booked it again for next year.

Very nice and comfortable Condo. The unit is very well stocked and has the best View of any I’ve stayed in. I only have minor complaints. My personal opinion is the Main bedroom bed was a little hard and the area rug in the living room is very dirty. Other than those two minor things, this room is great! I have already rebooked for next year!

This house was perfect for our multi family stay. House has a great flow, large rooms and beautiful pool. Located across the street from the beach and beach access. Kitchen was well equipped. Large family room with plenty of seating. Perfect porches with comfortable sitting on the front and back. Wine/drink fridge and ice maker were nice additions. Some of the beds could use new mattresses, otherwise we loved our stay.

Ocean Townes #1 was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We totally enjoyed our visit!

This beach house is in the perfect location! You can see the beach from the balconies. You walk out the door and in less than a minute, you are at the beach. It’s close enough to walk to the pier, restaurants, and shops, but still not be crowded. The house has plenty of room and was very clean. Having a private pool was great! We would love to stay here again! This was our second time renting with Garden City Realty. They are so great to work with!

We absolutely love this area and our unit was very well taken care of along with the professional service from there staff, housekeeping and grounds people. We highly recommend Garden City Realty.
