This is our second time staying at Atalaya Towers. Its a great location in a much quieter area for visiting myrtle beach and we love being so close to the pier. The condo itself was very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced and is very uncomfortable but other than that we would stay there again. I'm sure we will be staying at Atalaya Towers again in the future.

The rental was a good size and met all of our needs. Second bedroom is small but our teen girls slept comfortably. Glad we had a fan/sound machine because master bedroom you hear noise from the hall and trash dispenser area. We liked that we didn’t need to take the elevator and were so close to the beach. Being located above the snack area we would sometimes get cigarette smoke driving into the room but it didn’t last. We loved being low enough that we were able to sit on the couch and see the ocean. Everything we needed to make for a fun relaxing vacation.

My family has been vacationing at One Ocean Place for 30+ years. The location is absolute perfection with two huge pools with hot tubs directly beside beach access walkway - can't get any better that this!! Unit 210 is very nicely updated and comfortable. My only suggestion would be updating the bathroom sinks; but overall, the unit is beautiful and a perfect space! You will not regret spending time in this beautiful relaxing space.

We recently stayed at Water's Edge in Unit 708. It was our first visit to this resort and would definitely stay there again. Garden City Realty always gives a very accurate description of units with photos that are realistic. The resort and unit were immaculately kept. Staff always helpful as well as on location Security. The covered parking was plentiful and they provide numerous carts for luggage along with adequate shopping carts for small items or your shopping to get things back to your unit. The elevators were outstanding! Very little wait. Must be doing something right, as all those staying were always smiling:) There is an indoor/outdoor pool area which connects those pools. Good exercise room. Hot tubs huge and inviting. The common outdoor space is so great you almost want to stay right there even with the ocean just yards away! What a wonderful deck area to soak in the sun or just relax. Plenty of tables, chairs and loungers:) On site, there is a cafe and bar right at the outdoor space. They even give out samples! Out unit was just as it appeared online. Very clean and well equipped. The balcony offered privacy with very comfortable seating - spent a lot of time out there. Breathtaking view as you enter unit, almost like you are on a cruise as all you see is the water until going onto balcony. With such surroundings, you are tempted to stay there and not partake in all that Myrtle Beach has - which is everything you could want - shopping, shows, restaurants and more. Would highly recommend Garden City Realty, Water's Edge (including Unit 708). Oh,yes, the location is fabulous - easy walk to Surfside Beach new pier or the very popular Garden City Pier with food, fishing, and arcade and more.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. View is awesome and love all the pics and photo albums from the owners. The downstairs is the only issue I have - the rooms are muggy feeling and your clothes are damp feeling. Otherwise it’s great house to stay in Thank you

This condo was perfect! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. This was our first trip to this area and we would love to come back and stay in this condo. It was centrally located, you could get to everything within a reasonable time.

We had 20 of our family here, and the house was perfect. Plenty of space, amenities, and great location. Being part of Long Bay Estates meant quiet streets, and the beach was not overrun. House was clean, with just a few maintenance issues (front steps). Pool was wonderful, and it was cleaned twice during the week. Garden City Realty staff were awesome, extremely responsive and friendly. We will be back!.

Great location, nice pool, beds comfortable. Bring your own knives, theirs are dull. No pizza cutter. Needs some out door maintenance , indoors no towel racks, just hooks on the doors.

3rd time in this unit and really works for our handcapped friend.Appreciate the bathroom layout for her. Tastefully decorated but time for upgrades on the couches.You sit,you sink to the floor.Same with the chair. Love the balcony and the great beach.Had problems with the toilet but maintenance took care quickly.The icemaker hasn't worked for 2 's a peaceful area and all the good keeps us coming back.Hopefully a few things taken care of would make it even nicer.The beds are extremely soft and sinking to the middle everynight made it a little close for both couples.We have friends that are going this fall, love recommending!

This was one of the best family vacation we ever had. The house (Driftwood) was in the perfect location and it is so spacious and beautiful. The house was spotless when we arrived and ready for a fun family vacation. Thank you for providing such a beautiful place to stay.
