We have rented several times in the past from Garden City Realty and have always been satisfied with our accommodations. However, this year we rented Portofino III 321B and I must say that it was the best rental we have stayed in so far. We loved the view of the ocean, the swimming pool being right beside the house, and the short walk we had to the beach. The kids were all thrilled with house and they felt the same as the adults in regards to the house--it was the BEST!! Can't wait till next year to see what we stay in next.

We had a great time. Nice clean property, very homey, great view of the ocean. Just a reminder, the garbage disposal needs to be replaced. The housing is cracked and it sprays a steady stream of water inside the cabinet when used. It will need to be replaced.

This year was our 5th year staying in Sun Dial 33 and we've already reserved it for next year. With that history, it's obvious that we enjoy the place and we really enjoy the location. The biggest thing I'd love is for them to upgrade is adding TVs in the bedrooms and have wifi in the bedrooms (you can only use the Internet in the main living area and loft).

This rental is in a great location. So nice just to walk out to the beach. Only negative is not enough furniture or dishes . Rental was very clean when we arrived. We will rent this again

This condo, in an older building in Garden City, is so cute! It had everything we needed for 2 people and would be great with a family with a couple of small kids. Perfect location....next to the pier...sit on the balcony and enjoy the music, but in the bedroom you couldn't hear the noise!
The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there's a coin laundry downstairs. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The pool area could use come umbrellas and furniture...but that's not a big deal!

This is the second year we have stayed in a License to Chill. We were excited to see that a second King bed had been added. We would like to see a larger refrigerator in the unit. The location is great and there is ample parking for 6 vehicles. We would recommend this unit to others.

Nice condo with great views! The way the windows are positioned in LR allows great views even if weather is bad or very hot as you can sit in LR and enjoy the view. Balcony is roomy and has new furnishings which are very comfy. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony....great place for happy hour. Condo is well maintained and comfortably decorated so it does not "feel" dated, although it is a bit. Beds are comfortable and Master feels nice. Kitchen has "new" frig and kitchen is very well stocked, but cabinets and counter need replacing. Baths also could use some updating. I couldn't get the TVs to work....too complicated, but not much of a watcher anyway when at the beach. Overall, condo was clean and feels nice. Nice pools.
Little "downside" for the condo building. It is a little convoluted to walk through parking garage and find the right elevator on the right level to take you out or in from the beach. We ended up walking through the pool areas as it was a clear shot from there. Also, there are chair and umbrella rentals right in front of the condo which is convenient, but when tide is in, they fill up the entire beach in front of the building with up to 36 umbrellas and chairs, so if you bring your own you have to walk down the beach to have a place to sit, or you have to wait til the tide goes out so you can go in front of them. I don't think they should take up ALL the space. All that said, we would go back to this condo again!! Had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our vacation at Surfmaster! The space is good and the balcony fantastic. We love the view, the pools and the beach space and cleanliness. We did not appreciate fireworks every single night very close to our unit as we have small children. Some ash/pieces of the fireworks even blew onto the balcony while we were sitting out there. We also felt a little unsafe at night as there were some questionable characters.
The unit itself is nice and well kept for the most part. It is slightly dated but we didn't mind.
