Boiling Springs

We love staying at Compass Rose unit 12... it is always clean and just a quick walk to the beach.... our family loves each year when we go. We had to go a week later this year and did not like the families staying above us they were loud and took the pool area over every night till 12:00 each night and that did not allow for other families to use the pool area at night... there were over 20 people using it and was very disruptive to our stay... we did enjoy our unit though and time on the beach!

HE 101 was a great choice for our vacation this year. We enjoyed it immensely. The location of the condo was perfect for our needs with great views and accessibility. There was never a wait for an elevator or mad dash to "check in" or unload on the first day like other places we have stayed. Parking was plentiful as well compared to other places as well. The entire building was clean and maintained as one should be. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and would definitely stay here again. My one complaint was that we were unable to find extra light bulbs in the condo and there were quite a few that were burned out, other than that, the place was perfect and we will be returning next year.

We have stayed at One Ocean Place for 20 years and it is like a second home to us. My family rents at least 4 different condos each year. I have seen most of the rental condos. We love 202 because of it's closeness to parking and easy access to outside area not having to use the elevator. My suggestion would be that the kitchen equipment (pots, baking pans, bowls and such be updated and replaced......

We had a fabulous time staying at the Portofino III 321A! Very well equipped and lots of room! The porch was great! An outside fan would be a great addition. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to sit outside and take in the ocean view! Had an issue with the refrigerator and Garden City Reality responded the same day and had it fixed within an hour or two! The rental of sheets and towels was a HUGE plus! We would definitely stay again!

Normally my husband and I stay a few floors up but this condo worked for us because of the one bedroom that fit our four grandchildren. Kitchen very well stocked and plenty of eating area. Staff at Garden City Realty very friendly and helpful. We are not first timers

This was the nicest condo! The Renovations were great! The condo was very clean and decorated very well. The views were fabulous. The beds slept very well and we loved the fact that it had two king beds, one queen and one double. We also liked being in an end unit and not having foot traffic when resting. We are already discussing plans for next year. If we rent another condo, we will certainly request 408 again! Loved it!

We enjoyed the location of the house. The shower curtain was moldy in the master bath, there was a rip in the carpet and the shower did not work in the 2nd floor rear. Having kids, we were concerned about the glass kitchen table. The beds were comfy and the living space was a nice size.

This home was wonderful in every way. It was very clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. The kitchen had every imaginable convenience, utensil, and appliance. The pool was a very nice size and provided a nice break from the beach. The sofa and living room area was very comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to re-book on a future vacation.

The DeBerry home is beautiful and well equipped. The house has amazing outdoor living areas and lovely views on both the oceanfront and street sides. I would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the location and the house's proximity to the beach. The amenities in the house were a lot of fun (ice-cream and margaritas!) The house's size was perfect; however, the couches on the second level were not the most comfortable. The last three days also were slightly marred because of construction on the pier. All in all, we already miss this wonderful home.
