Enjoyed the location of the property. Just far enough from the Garden City Pier to be away from the crowds. Property itself was perfect for our family. We had a great time and enjoyed the house and would come back again. Minor comments: Because of the holiday, we wanted to cook out but there was no grill. Also the path to the beach was a little rugged. Most of the properties around had the walkway to at least the top of the dunes. This property did not and you had to walk through the stickers to get to the beach. The downstairs bedroom is musty and damp.

We had stayed in the same complex 2 yrs ago and loved the set up but not necessarily the unit we had. This unit was fabulous! Well stocked and recently updated. Great beach and pool supplies from the owners. We will definitely look at renting this unit again!

My family has rented from Garden City Realty for years. This was another great condo. We had stayed in this complex before so we already knew what to expect. We have teenagers and also a one year old. It was great being on first floor very few steps to go up plus it was a end unit so we were able to just leave beach chairs and toys outside door.

Great. A couple of things - the right rear eye on the stove did not work and the garbage disposal did not work. We ate out most of the time and used paper plates when we ate at the condo so neither of the above really mattered to us; however, it might to another renter.

Very nice. Only 1 complaint- remotes to TV virtually unusable so difficult to get DVD player to work and with it bolted to the wall you couldn't add a Rocky or Amazon Stick. DVD in bedroom had no cables at all.

you wont find a nicer condo this size. the place is great/ no better balcony anywhere. I can read and yell to my kids on the beach. Jackie, and everyone else at Garden City are sweet, and remembered our family! Very nice- second home

We had a great week in Sea Master 211. We have stayed at this property before and love its location, pool and beachfront views. Unit 211 has everything you could want while away from home. The wifi in this unit is great. The decor is unusual, but it has all the seating and sleeping accommodations necessary for a large family. The description states that this unit has a washer and dryer, but it does not.

Overall very nice Condo...but those who wish to come and work some are going to be surprise that the Internet is quite slow and needs to have speed increased as everyone today is connected with their lives and speed is key.

Great room like being on first floor. Update of refrigerator would be the only thing this room needs for a large family of adults. Comfortable beds and nice TV in every room.

My family has rented this condo for the past 5 years. We don't want to stay anywhere else. It's well equipped with tile and hardwood floors, 2 king beds, and we already have rented it for a 2 week stay next summer. The owners really know how to prepare well for beach guests.
