Sinking Spring

We have been coming to the Garden City/Surfside Beach area for 4 years. This was by far the nicest property we have stayed in. It has been updated and is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted/needed and was beyond comfortable. The location is perfect for families in regards to the beach and restaurants. We had a golf cart, but enjoyed walking to Sophia's for ice cream and then coming home via the beach! You can not go wrong with this rental! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Loved this house. We were impressed with the decorating and the attention to detail that the house had. Well thought out, i.e. the cooler outside by the pool and the wine cooler and extra small fridge in house. Only issue was the bedroom downstairs that sleeps 5 was very small, and the bunk bed is really low on bottom bunk. We would stay there next year, but we will be having more people and the house is not good for more people.

We stayed at 202 One Ocean Place from July 22-29th. It was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The condo was clean and neat. The view from the condo windows was beautiful! We loved waking up each morning to the sunrise and sitting on the balcony each night to watch the waves. You could hear the ocean with the sliders shut! Everyone was super nice and the condo is convenient to restaurants, stores and tourist attractions. It is a little quieter than being directly in Myrtle Beach which is what we wanted.The only downfall to this condo was the furniture on the balcony. The balcony is perfect, but the table that is on the balcony has a broken leg. We could not use it. the furniture should really be replaced... at least the table.
We would definitely come back and stay at 202!! We miss it already!:)

This is our 2nd year in this home. We love love love the location, pool, and being close to inlet with boat ramp for kayaking and beach access across street. Inside home is nice and enough room for all. Furniture in main living area and kitchen is a bit cluncky and so makes it crowded but we moved things around (moving back to where they belonged when we left) and all was good.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Inlet Joy and hope to do this every summer. The only complaint we had was with the Wi-Fi. It was incredibly slow and was a hindrance to the entire family. The TV was also a little complicated due to the slow internet.

We had a great time at Grammies Playhouse. The house itself was a great place to relax. Sitting out on the porches gave us a great view of the area and it was very beautiful. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen and living area are nice size. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. They were both clean and well taken care of . What is really nice is that we were a minutes walk to the beach. Over all this is a great place and great area to vacation.

Sea Forever is a great home in a fantastic location. It is beautiful, well-stocked, and has lots of amenities and personal touches. If you like to fish, swim, cook, and enjoy gorgeous sunsets, this is the place for you. This is our second stay, and I highly recommend it.
