We enjoyed our stay and the use of A Place At The Beach 1K. Very well equipped and nicely appointed. The only thing we felt it needed was a new mattress in the master and for the pull out. Both have seen better days. Other than that, we loved the rental!

We have rented for 5 years at different house on the beach and Grammies Playhouse was the best .Location was perfect,, pool was great for adults and children. We bought a tent for shade in the backyard and it was sufficient for taking a break from the sun. House was very well stocked and neighborhood was quiet.

The vacation house was exceptional! It was well stocked with your standard cooking utensils,walking distance to the beach, spacious, & with a private pool. Shopping close by too. We would surely rent it again if we're ever to vacation in the area.

This house was absolutely worth every cent. I would recommend this house to anyone. We barely realized there were neighbors. Very quiet, away from the crowds and the house had every possible desire addressed. The only thing I would add would be room darkening shades for the other rooms other than just the main master suite.

Loved the beach and easy access. Pool was a plus especially with small children. We had beautiful weather so we did not need rainy day activities but no puzzles, games etc. Deck seating very uncomfortable , heavy not conducive to seniors and kids. Bedrooms were great and all the bathrooms a plus. View is fantastic!

I loved the room an the deck also kitchen was well stocked. The mgr was very helpful because the week we were down there un known to manger there was construction starting same time which involved a very loud jack hammer right outside our door they were fixing railings omg soo loud it went on off an on for two days on our side the mgr was kind an refunded one day stay I appreciate that felt like should have been two from the noise that was coming thru wall but he was very empathic.. I loved room only suggestion I have is please get rid of those plastic blinds there were many missing an some were barely attached maintenance said it's a ongoing issue if they would switch to reg sliding curtains it would be so much nicer an keep more light out in morning when trying to sleep an easier to get on an off deck an open an close. Other than those two things I would stay again very nice room an view!!!! Thank you.

My cousin and our families (kids and grandkids) meet every summer in Myrtle Beach. As our families have grown we needed a bigger place. This was our third year in Mariposa. It really is perfect for us, roomy house, private pool and right on the beach. Also, the beach is never very crowded. We love it and we hope we can continue to afford to stay there since it is VERY EXPENSIVE. Right now the Lord has blessed us so we can continue to pay for it and we pray we will always be able to give this great time together to our kids and grandkids. You can't really put a price on the memories we are making!

My family enjoyed our vacation becausw the unit was everything we hoped for. It was bright and cheery. The view was beautiful. Windows from floor to ceiling. We just wanted to sit and enjoy the view. I plan to come back next year.
