We always enjoy staying at the Surfmaster. The location is convenient to almost anything you want to do and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile in providing whatever you need. We have been staying here for years and Unit 210 is my favorite so far. It's very comfortable and the kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking your meals in. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the Unit this time. The Kitchen and Bedrooms were very clean, as usual, but the Bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Also, the Living Area didn't appear to have been vacuumed or dusted very well. This has never happened before, to us at least, at the Surfmaster. Normally our Units have been extremely clean when we arrive. It would definite not prevent us from staying there in the future and I most definitely recommend it to anyone if you want a nice, comfortable, family environment.

When I read reviews, I prefer to read the negative first. So my only complaint is that when booking this unit through Garden City Realty, you only receive ONE parking pass. The unit accommodates 8 people, and if you're like us, we have multiple family memebers driving from different areas. The over flow parking lot is 10 minutes away and minimal parking on the roads in the area. Having said that, we had a great time! This unit is very clean, and in a very good location. The screened in porch with double sliding doors was fantastic. We loved this unit and would recommend it to others. You just have to get used to not going many places, or shuttle drivers to their vehicles before dinner. A pain in the rear, but not a deal breaker. Sun rises from the comfort of the porch or short jump to the beach. Pool on property. Nice big charcoal grill. Nice rental.

We all loved the location. It was easy to book the house. We had a few small issues( light buld burnt out, timmer on hot tub didn't work, tv remotes that didn't work right) But overall it was great. will think twice for our group a seperated upstairs and down stairs.

this was everything we expected and needed only thing being not able to get in till around 4:00 also would love to be able to lock keys in house than fight traffic returning them for as much as we paid I think it could be alittle more accomedating beds on one side in very bad shape

Never being in the Myrtle Beach area before, we were very happy with our choice in Garden City. Our condo was in a great location and very nice and clean. I have 2 comments about #210. First, it would be nice if the small sofa could be switched around so it's back is towards the dining table. That way, you could enjoy the view of the water no matter where you sat. Also, having a binder with information on how the TV's and remotes work would be an asset. Would definitely stay in #210 again when returning to Myrtle Beach.

Overall experience was wonderful! Condo is beautiful and the furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the living area and balcony is beautiful. Even the balcony furniture is comfortable. It's obvious the owners have taken a little extra care in making sure you have everything you need.

Our family has been staying in Garden City for over 30yrs. We have always stayed ocean front in some of the grandest fanciest homes. This year we split up due to how large our family had gotten and the other half of us stayed separate at Murray's! Let me tell you this is my absolute favorite home out of any we had ever stayed at. The memories that we made are some I will never forget. If you want memories and the time of your life I highly recommend this property. We went shrimping off the dock, fishing, threw crab boxes out ect. Danced the night away in the dock and walked a few feet away to build sand castles on the beach. We want so badly to come back next year but our family will be expanding again. What a fabulous home with owners who truly care about this home. Thank you so much for such an amazing place.

1102 One Ocean Place is a beautiful condo and had everything we needed for our stay, we really enjoyed our vacation. Online rental experience was great. We would definitely recommend this property unit to others.

We took our children and grandchildren as we have done for the last 10 years. We enjoyed the pool, using the grill and gathering on the porch. The inside was so beautifully decorated and roomy.

We had a great week in Garden City. It was the first time staying in this area...we usually stay in North Myrtle Beach. We loved the convenience of the pool and beach. The unit was really nice...clean - well stocked. The only issue was the balcony. The furniture was really nice....but the wood was separated from the building and many of the boards need to be replaced. For safety reasons...the owners really need to take a look at that...otherwise we loved it!!
