This was the first time we have been to Garden City & we absolutely fell in love with it! The location of Driftwood is perfect also! The house is located far enough away from the public access parking lots that the beach was not crowded at all! There is a small path beside the house that is a public access, but it was really only used by the houses that were immediately across the road. I like that this house is VERY close to all the yummy restaurants at Murrell's Inlet & only about 20 min from Broadway at the Beach, but the beach feels more like a smaller/less crowded beach.
The property was exactly as described. It looked practically brand new inside! The pool/hot tub was very nice to have for when the kids got tired of the beach. We also LOVED the grilling/patio area. We were able to set up our corn hole boards & would play at night while grilling or after dinner. The only issue we had was that the property was not ready when we arrived at 4:45PM. We waited for probably 20-30 min while the Realty staff tried to get in touch with the house keeping staff. They finally gave us the keys & we were able to go & get in, but the cleaners were still there for probably another 45 min. Not a huge deal & the staff at Garden City Realty was SO NICE, but original contract said check-in was at 4PM.
We rented a golf cart for 5 days. The kids loved us giving them a ride down to the arcade/marina/etc. They loved the little snow cone stand....we went there several times. We ate out several times while we were there. Our favorites were The Grilled Cheese & Crab Cake Co, The Wicked Tuna, & Dead Dog Saloon. We also ate at Hamburger Joe's one night. If you are looking for a good burger & fries for a reasonable price, we highly recommend. Their wings were really good too AND they have $1 PBR Drafts....you can't beat that! :-) One more restaurant shout out....Milardo's Pizza was REALLY Good!!

This is our second stay at Sunspree. We rented this house again because it is perfect for our large extended family. All the amenities this house offers helps us relax and just have a great time while on vacation. We all enjoy the pool and hot tub, having a laundry room and bathroom close to the pool is great, we are able to spread out and have plenty of room for each family attending. Our few requests for maintenance were taken care of immediately by staff. Looking at the other rates for some of the houses surrounding Sunspree showed us that we were also getting a bargain! Top notch house, great location, great service.

Garden city is a great beach and Garden City Realty makes it a nice experience. We have stayed in Seascape for the last 8 years. They now added a walkway to the beach so that will be great.

Our family of 18 enjoyed the spacious quarters of Seascape, and appreciated the elevator, the rocking chairs on the main porch, the two washers and dryers. I was impressed by the speed and competence of the maintenance staff: a broken window shade was replaced immediately. We also appreciated the new boardwalk from the house to the beach, and would suggest installing a simple shower where people would more conveniently use it----at least a hose to wash sand off feet. Our only problem was that the latches on two of the rooms' porches snapped themselves, and twice locked a guest outside. Luickily, each was able to flag down help. A shelf for books would also be appreciated. Oh yes---there's a great charcoal grill.
The location is terrific, even though there were always neighbors who liked to set off loud fireworks every night. We'll hope to return next year.

This condo was very spacious and clean. You get the feeling that you are sitting in the ocean. Great view to watch fireworks from the piers. The only thing I didn't like was you have to use a special key to unlock the elevater door to go to the 16th floor and no one told us this when checking in so we spent some time trying to figure out how to get to the 16th floor while having our luggage. Thank god someone told us. Also I did not add linen package at first then tried to add it the next day sent numerous emails and not one person responded to me. I got the email to confirm everything the week before we left and contact Garden City Reality asked about the linen package told them I had requested it numerous times and was told I had to pay a late fee $35 now because I did not allow them time to add on the linen package. Since I contacted home away instead of garden city reality they would not wave the late fee even tho I had proof of my emails. The beds were very hard so it would help our backs to add a padded mattress pad. Over all a great condo.

Afterdeck 105 was awesome! Perfectly appointed, all the amenities we needed, we loved it! Our favorite part was the wonderful balcony. We ate every meal there. Garden City Realty is so easy to work with, and Kamra was so sweet and helpful. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a perfect place for a family needing to be together without a lot of hustle & bustle. It was quiet at night. The beach was not crowded during the day. The house was well appointed and had the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. (Came
close to pilfering that great skillet) There were linens aplenty and the washer & dryer functioned perfectly. It was spotless when we arrived and we lacked for nothing. Thank you for providing such a stellar accommodation for a family very much in need of
"together time".

From start till finish was a great week. THE UNIT WAS EXTREMELY clean and updated. A condo we have rented many times was closed 3 weeks prior to vacation and we had to scramble to find a place.
