We had a wonderful time. The house was great and had lots of room. The only real complaint is the dust that was hanging around. All ceiling fans really need to be cleaned, had 1/4 inch dust or more on them. You turn them on and dust flies. Otherwise it was great.

We had a fabulous time staying in this house. It is very close to the beach. The children and adults enjoyed having a pool on site. Having laundry on site was also a wonderful thing. The house was exactly as described. The pool guy came during the week and cleaned the pool as it had stormed and there were leaves in such in it. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

There were a few minor issues but nothing that would prevent me from rebooking this property.

My husband and I had not visited Myrtle Beach in approx. 10 years. Previously had stayed at Waters Edge Resort and were sure we wanted to stay there again. Our experience this last time was way above par! We loved going through Garden City Realty as the transition was smooth. The condo of 1406 was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The view was spectacular. We will definitely stay here again and will request this particular condo. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

This rental was exactly as the pictures showed. It was a cute little condo, we loved that it was right on the beach, and it was so accessible. The condo could use a little updating but it was still cute. The bed was mostly comfortable! We didn't spend much time in the condo but we would definitely stay again.

Awesome condo with great covered deck for viewing beautiful sunsets, watching the boats at the marina, and just chillin'! Nicely decorated and spacious! Often condos have chipped Teflon pots and limited kitchen stuff, but this kitchen was well equipped for those that like to cook, as I do! Very clean and well maintained! Two pools were great and beach is a very short walk across the street. Hope this one is available for our week next year!

The new owners have done what was needed for a long time and it is greatly appreciated. We were considering changing houses if updates were not done. Good job! We will be back next year.

My son and I enjoyed a week at Summer Breezes along with our 2 dogs! The location was perfect as we enjoyed walking to the pier (.6 of a mile) as well as it's nearness to the ocean! Loved the covered porch and spent a lot of time there both during the day and at night. Only a couple of items we needed in the kitchen but no big deal. We enjoyed the layout of the house as well as being able to park completely under the house and the stairs were also covered. Excellent since it was raining the morning we packed to leave!! I would definitely recommend this house for others!!

Very convenient location, we loved being on the first floor and having such a great view of the beach. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Having a laundry was an excellent plus! The only negative was that the building, in general, had a moldy smell. It wasn't awful, but it was definitely easily noticeable.

Our favorite place is Garden City! Garden City Realty was great to work with and our condo was great! Being that close to the pier was a plus! The only downfall was the parking! There are 21 condos in the building and only about 15 parking spaces! We would stay here again even with the parking issues!
