We had stayed in this unit years ago. We downsized so this unit is nice but not much room for extra items such as golf clubs. We had to use shower stall in hallway bathroom. On the most part it was a nice unit we have reserved it for next year.

Everything in our updated condo was geared to a comfortable worry free stay. Wonderful views, great location. The pool could do with a little TLC especially the changing area. Otherwise all was good!

Compass Rose is a wonderful ocean front property. You could not ask for anything more; inside or out! The location is perfect for laid-back living and quiet strolls on the beach. You can tell the owners take pride in the property. Feels like home!

My daughter and I enjoyed this rental during a recent weekend stay. The incredible view (check out the sunrises!), convenient location and beautiful accommodations were perfect for our needs. The unit is "compact" but "efficient." Well organized and all necessary items for a comfortable stay. You may want to bring linens, towels and paper products to save money and time. No elevator access guarantees your steps!

Garden City Realty folks really nice and extremely helpful (Sara Dozier, especially). Unit was just as pictured and decorated beautifully. Linens were very nice. My only negative is although the furniture was nice looking, it was uncomfortable and saggy. I feel the sofa, chairs, and mattresses should be replaced. Would probably be okay for a week, but for a month, it really bothered by back. Otherwise, I was very pleased.
