Wonderful stay at Against the Wind A! The house was clean and neatly decorated! It was perfect for our group of ten. The view of the pier at sunrise and sunset was breathtaking every day! We used the IR House and another house on the beach side (Seacamp) for our Family Reunion and 50th B-day Party. The IR House was well appointed, clean, and conveniently located. The boat dock was a great amenity! Both houses exceeded our expectations.

Once the air conditining on Florida room was fixed,it made the back end of the house cooler--was hot before repair. Would recommend this house to anyone. Garden City Realty personel were all very helpful and polite.

We really enjoyed our vacation! The house was in a great location; short walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking, the house was well kept, safe location, staff was professional, plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc!

We originally booked another property for our vacation with another family. It was very unacceptable and when we brought all of its issues to the management they were very accommodating. They went over and above to help us. We were moved to "beach lane" and we couldn't have been more happy about it. This property is only a few minute walk from the beach. It sits alongside a ravine where we were able to catch crab for our dinner. The house itself was immaculate. It accommodated our 2 families beautifully. It was modern and clean and we would definitely come back to stay here. We highly recommend this place!

Our family vacation had 6 adults and 5 small children. This house was AWESOME. Not only was it roomy, but the walk to the beach was extremely short. There were lots of beach toys and a terrific canapy that we put up on the beach every day. This is the first place we have stayed where no one could find anything wrong with it. We are definitely going to use this place again next year.
