What a great place to spend time together as a family. The DeBerry family has an amazing home and so grateful they allow others the share. Views of the marsh and the ocean - it was hard to decide where the spend the day. We actually got the kids to turn off the electronics and spend time outside on the porch and on the beach. Great memories. Will be a house we come back and rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at M408. From the beautiful view to a very good condition of the whole unit to helpful staff.
When we found out there was no phone service in the unit, the manager Drew McElveen promptly arranged for a cell phone service with no cost to us.
Maintenance manager Dan DeFreest was very helpful and professional when we needed his help.
Jackie Alston friendly and helpful as always.
Booked M408 again for March 2019.

We would definitely recommend this condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and the views of the ocean and beach are spectacular. The only negative for us was the constant hum when sitting on the patio which came from the cooling units that are located right off the patio. The appliances are all high end and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals while you are there. There are plenty of nice dishes, glasses and silverwear. We enjoyed working a couple of the puzzles that the owners left for guests use since we had some cool days in March.

This condo is very nice, when you walk in the initial view takes your breath away. I slept like a baby in the master listening to the surf at night. The floor to ceiling windows make the view even more amazing with making it feel like you are on a sea cruise and water is just all you see. I loved it there and so did my family. ON amenities I would have given a 5 star if there really was a heated pool like the website says there is. There is not, only heated hot tubs. It was centrally located and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The condo was immaculate and very well decorated. The only flaw was a tv in the master bedroom that had a problem with the volume changing on its on.

We had stayed in this unit years ago. We downsized so this unit is nice but not much room for extra items such as golf clubs. We had to use shower stall in hallway bathroom. On the most part it was a nice unit we have reserved it for next year.

Everything about the house was great! We love the location, being right near the ocean and with a dock on the bay. We all enjoyed the pool!

Everything in our updated condo was geared to a comfortable worry free stay. Wonderful views, great location. The pool could do with a little TLC especially the changing area. Otherwise all was good!

The rental was very nice. You can't always rely on photos on a website but the ones for the unit we rented were just as we found it to be.

Compass Rose is a wonderful ocean front property. You could not ask for anything more; inside or out! The location is perfect for laid-back living and quiet strolls on the beach. You can tell the owners take pride in the property. Feels like home!
