My wife and I recently rented this unit for the month of March. We were 100% satisfied with the condo and the location. The unit is well laid out, extremely clean and quite.The deck with a view of the ocean is a great place to relax with a morning cup of coffee or a leisure afternoon glass of wine. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

We decided to take a fairly last-minute spring vacation to Garden City and booked this unit through Garden City Realty. I did send an enquiry to another rental agency but didn't hear back for over a week...and that was to tell us the unit we wanted was booked. The staff at Garden City was very pleasant and professional! This unit was comfortable and well-equipped. The weather wasn't great the first couple days, but we found enough shopping and indoor activities to keep us busy. We were thrilled that we were also able to spend 2 days on the beach, walking, dolphin-watching and soaking up some vitamin d. We will definitely return again!

This place definitely had it's good and so-so reviews. I love the oceanfront, the full kitchen, 1.5 baths, Keurig (that was a plus), and very nice staff. Parking was pretty good, relatively quiet.
The downside -- once again, the mattresses are awful!! I highly recommend either bringing a very thick mattress pad or your own blow up -- is this because I go at the end of a season, and everything is used/abused by that time, or just that the owner/realty company spends for the cheapest mattress possible? It was pretty clean, but I still find little stains, tiny bits of food around -- this may be for the limited amount of time only 1 cleaning crew has to clean the condo before moving onto the next one.
Would I stay here again - yes. Do I wish things were kept up a little more - yes!

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and well maintained. The view was incredible. It was very spacious. We had a problem with a toilet tank breaking, and after hours maintenance responded quickly, although a plumber had to be called in the next day. Minor complaints are from personal preferences. The bed was not very comfortable and in need of a new mattress. All the seating is very low, including the toilets, which made it difficult for my wife who has back and knee problems. The neighbor was a bit noisy. The rooms would be quiet enough with normal guests in the next room. The bedroom was right next to the walkway as well, which made it a little difficult on a light sleeper. Dan, from the front office, was very helpful and polite. A nice stay, just shy of being incredible.

We loved this unit for our Spring Break! It is beautifully decorated and brand new, down to the cabinetry and appliances. We found it to be spotless and really well-equipped: kitchen utensils, beach accessories like umbrellas, wagon, chairs, and games and movies.. The view is amazing...the unit is shaped like a triangle on the beachfront side so that the balcony is actually almost over the sand, and because it is on the first floor, you feel like you are on the beach even while inside.. The pool and hottub can be seen to the left - nice for watching out for kids - but the whole view is unobstructed beach. The condo is spacious and open with plenty of comfortable seating and excellent TVs and wifi. Beds were wonderful. Bathrooms are nothing special but are more than adequate. Parking is convenient on a deck right outside this unit - just a short walk down the breezeway. We enjoyed the location - a few doors down from the Conch Cafe and only a mile from the pier and town center. The property and grounds were very clean and attended to on a daily basis. Management proved to be pleasant and easy to work with when we had a few questions and wanted to extend our stay. This is such a great value for the relatively inexpensive rental fee! We recommend and will be envious of anyone getting to enjoy some time here!!

Penthouse D was fabulous. Only complaint is that the hot tub was NOT cleaned the entire week and was supposed to be cleaned Tuesday and Thursday. My husband cleaned it himself on Thursday finally. Everything else was fantastic. It was great to be back. I would also recommend having security on the premises during this spring break time rather than wait until May.
