Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were not able to use the condo. However, this afforded us the opportunity to allow my stepson & daughter in law to use the condo for a second honeymoon! They were extremely happy and related to us how beautifully decorated & clean it was. They said the views were spectacular. They had a wonderful time! It has the most awesome view from the 1st floor. Beautiful beach, The mattresses were not very comfortable, especially rollaway bed and sleeper sofa, but the condo was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at One Ocean Place. We had a WiFi issue when we arrived which was handled quickly along with a follow up call from staff to make sure everything was still good. View from the balconey was awesome. The only problem we had was parking was a little difficult for a van. The parking garage is not ideal for larger cars. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful penthouse, fantastic a/c system. Very stylishly decorated. Huge deck, with nice patio furniture, and great hot tub. My family loved this place. Staff very friendly, & helpful.

Outstanding condo! Everything was new and beautifully renovated. Would recommend light-blocking curtains in the master bedroom, but otherwise everything was very nice.

We had a wonderful vacation, but I would like to point out a couple of things. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It is very sunken in and rolls you toward the center of the bed. The white chair in the living room is shedding. The material is coming off and gets on your clothing and all over the carpet around it. Everything else was great. A bad storm hit while we were there which caused the elevators to be inoperable. The hotel staff were extremely apologetic and worked hard to clean up after the storm (some stucco fell off the building). We were very impressed with the way things were handled.

The condo and property were very clean, well furnished and well cared for. We needed help with the remotes in that the written directions did not coincide with the remotes that were present, but a very nice maintenance man helped us with them. However, the staff in the office didn’t seem too interested in helping us and the lightbulbs we asked for on Tuesday were never delivered. The second bedroom had one dim bulb working which made for a miserable inconvenience! We also found the locked gate at the hot tub end of the pool in front of our building to be a gross inconvenience. It made for a very long walk to get to the hot tub and pool! We hope those issues are corrected because we will be coming back for the view and the beautiful wide beach!
