Steps to the beach - and if your not in a beach mood - you have your own private pool. Great space for a large family - so many beds we couldn't fill them all!! Huge porch overlooking the ocean for dining and book reading.
Would definitely stay here again. Only negative - if you like to cook, you may need to bring some of your supplies - kitchen needs to be stocked a little better.

The home was everything that we could have imagined. Fully equipped and only a short walk to the beach. The home was clean and beautiful. Friendly services was provided and we even discussed coming back next year for the 4th of July. I heard the fireworks are awesome.

This was an awesome house at an awesome price. Location could not be any better for a second row house as we still had a partial ocean view. The street was not busy and there was ample parking even for our bass boats. The house is older but in excellent shape and is beautiful inside. I wod definitely stay again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster, unit 614. The condo was decorated beautifully with the most relaxing colors. Everything we needed was provided for our use. And the oceanfront balcony area was amazing. We had a wonderful stay at Surfmaster

The condo was newly renovated and very well maintained. The location on the beach front was great because there weren't other high rises on either side so we had plenty of room on the beach.

This was an awesome vacation. Property was beautiful; condo was ready when we arrived, convenient to park, pick up keys, and get in within 15 minutes! View was fabulous. Minor maintenance issues were addressed immediately.

The setup of the house for us with grandchildren was great! It gave Granddad and Grandma some quiet time when needed and if grands wanted to come down for parents quiet time it was perfect. We loved having kitchen on both floors, and had main meals on floor with family. The convenience to the beach with small children was great! I can’t say enough about the elevator! The elevator is so good especially with small children. Thanks for a great time!
The king bed mattress needs to be replaced soon.

We’ve stayed at Beach House 305 the past two years, and it’s been great both times! Our kids loved the pool and the view out of the balcony! It’s. A great place to stay. I’d say we will continue to stay there for our beach trips. Garden City Realty was also great to work with, super friendly!
