This home is beautifully decorated and stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. House needs an ice-cream scoop, muffin pan, liquid and teaspoon measures added to be perfect. The grill is very nice. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. The view is perfect - and the beach in front of our rental was not crowded, we had it to ourselves almost exclusively. A few things to know: The bunk room upstairs and the twin bedroom downstairs stay warm, even at night. There are many beach regulations, and you can not put up a canopy on the beach, and may only use single umbrellas which are, of course, difficult. We enjoyed our family time there.

If you want to wake up to the best view on the beach, this is the place for you. We stayed comfortably, with a family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to stay in for meals, yet we were close to several amazing options to go out. We were not super close to any of the larger condos/hotels, so we had pleasure of privacy on the beach as well. I highly recommend and will definitely rent this one again!!!!

South Wind #2 was great! Had a very enjoyable vacation with family and friends and this place was perfect! Loved the fact that it was pet friendly as I think my dog had the best time!

We were so impressed with how nice, comfortable, and fantastic this condominium was! We have stayed at Surf Master before and love the location, but this was by far the nicest condo we. have stayed in! The view is breathtaking, it is beautifully decorated, and every comfort is accounted for. We are hoping to book it again for next year!

We loved it. The only issue we had was when we tried to go to bed the college kids that stayed there as well would be letting off fireworks right outside out room.this would be after midnight. They would wake our baby and other children up.other than that our stay was good

One Ocean Place 1102 is a fabulous 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo. It was recently redecorated and has a spa-like feel. Every detail is gorgeous! All new furniture, flat screen TVs, stainless and granite. No granny’s attic cast offs! Kitchen is well-equipped, bathrooms very modern. The bedding was fresh and beautiful, too. Only negative was not in the unit. One of the two elevators was out of service on move-out day. One of two hot tubs was not working most of the week and the other was lukewarm. Other than that, fantastic condo and building

Overall this property was a great bargain for it's location to the pier and the beach access. However, there were some concerns and easy fixes to improve the comfort/safety of this vacation home. First the beds need to be replaced they are super old and have no support. The recliners in the sectional do not work at all. My husband had to repair 2 ceiling fans the first day we arrived or we would have heard and off balanced squeaking fan all night. There were no lights on the dock at all. We mounted to solar ones to the polls for safety reasons. The other safety issue is the front steps. Our daughter missed the last step because it was no covered like the rest of the steps in the green outdoor carpet, which made it look like you have no more steps before being on the concrete under the house. Needless to say, she fell carrying her luggage to the car and sprained her ankle and had bruises and cuts from this fall.

We were pleasantly surprised with the home. It was perfect for our 2 married daughters and husbands and 2 small grandkids. (Could have used a high chair). It felt like home and was lovely furnished. Very comfortable and loved the location. Only problem was the outside shower didn't work. The foot wash did.

Note: the next door neighbors (on the right) spray washed their pool fence and rocks and all the black "muck" blew all over our pool side furniture, while we were at the pool! We had to clean it off. It was a mess! They never offered to clean it. We still enjoyed the stay, but, thought you would like to know.

REEL AXIN.. TOTALLY LIVES UP TO ITS NAME .. IT IS A FABULOUS PLACE.. THIS IS THE 2ND YR WE HAVE STAYED HERE .. WERE ONE OF THE FIRST TO STAY IN IT LAST YR .. CAME BACK BOOKED IT FOR MY HUSBANDS B-DAY CELEBRATION/CELEBRATION OF LIFE THIS YR. HE WASNOT WITH US.BUT AS WE LOOKED UP IN THE SKY ONE DAY WHILE OUT ON DOCK WE KNEW HE WAS WITH US.. HAVE STAYED OCEAN FRONT PRIOR TO FINDING THIS HOUSE LAST YR AND WILL ALWAYS SELECT THIS HOME WHEN AVAILABLE.. SO MUCH TO OFFER YOUNG OLD AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN .. FROM GREAT GRANDPARENTS TO THE PRESCHOOLERS.. THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME

Travelers Rest

We spent a long weekend at Horizon East 101 and could not have been happier! They condo was clean and spacious. The pool was nice and we loved the security of staying here. The only thing we would have asks for were more up to date dishes in the kitchen, such as coffee mugs, bowls, etc.
