What a way to start our summer! Everything was just perfect. We plan on doing this again in the future. Loved staying in Z's Retreat. Very quiet neighborhood, but close enough to other attractions we could go, see and do all we wanted. What a gem!

Our family has been vacationing in the area for many years and this property rates a top mark. The kitchen is fully furnished and the furniture comfortable. Loved the special ice maker. The sun room and decks were a plus. I fell asleep in the hammock one afternoon. The walkway to the beach was across the street and there were few people using it as there are no condos in the area. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill.

Great vacation, only problem was one working elevator for whole north building. Down for one week this made checking in and out and for people with disabilities, very difficult.

This is our 12 year at Garden City and most if not all have been at the Madame. This pre-Hugo beach house is what the beach is all about. No high rise or sheet rock shell for me. Out of the door and into the sand. Wish there were more houses like this on the beach. Hope it stays in its present county so we can use our awning re our history of melanoma.

It was a great week, however I think the blinds need to be replaced in the main area and the master bedroom. Each time we opened or closed they would come out of the slots.

My family has been having reunions in Myrtle Beach for many years and love Long Bay Estates for its quiet neighborhood and uncrowded beach. Sunspree has two living areas (one up, one down) so there's room for quiet time on one level and noisier activities on the other. The pool is perfect for kids (no deep end), and the house is directly across the street from a beach access.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in Murrells Inlet, SC. The rental property could not have been more perfect. The house is beautiful, clean, and very updated. The staff at Garden City Realty is friendly and very knowledgeable of the properties they manage. We have worked with them in the past and will do so in the future.

This was our second summer vacation at this property and we enjoyed the facilities with one exception. The beds were way too soft for our comfort. Since we are accustomed to firmer mattresses our sleep was not the best. We will not stay there again unless the mattresses are replaced. Otherwise, no other complaints but lots of compliments.

We stayed for a long weeekd in early June and loved being in this unit. It truly is a premier property with updated kitchen, bathrooms, large bedrooms and super-clean overall. The view of the ocean from the top floor bedroom is by far the best any in Garden City! These units are in a quiet part of the beach and you cannot heat other tenants in other units. We will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

We had a wonderful vacation and stay in this home. The only thing that was the problem was the air. It didn't get cool like it usually does and it kept going up. Other than that it was a great vacation. When a bad storm came threw the air didn't blow at all and we had to figure out how to make it blow cool air again.
