Our room was tastefully decorated, extremely clean and provided us with a much needed relaxing vacation. This is our 2nd stay at Surfmaster, and it will be our preferred location on future stays. The only negative would be the steady stream of fireworks going off in front of the condo well past midnight every night. These were being set off above the heads of those on the beach for walks. When an 8 yr old says enough of the fireworks, that says something.

Our family loved the house and we had a great time fishing. The pool was super nice also. We had to call about a couple of issues but the maintenance were very quick to respond.

First time in this unit. Happy with it, just wish the toaster had worked. I would rent this unit again.

Our experience was very good. My only negative comment is that after driving all day with children in the car, I was expecting to be able to occupy the house at 4:00 which was not the case. I realize that the lease says that check in starts at 4:00PM but that means you can not plan your arrival so you can get in the house when you arrive.

Perfect house for the 4 of us. Mary, with Garden City Realty, was excellent to work with. She helped us with all ins and outs of our reservation an answered our questions. The house was comfortable, the furniture was comfortable in the living room. The best part was the salt water pool. We really enjoyed it!

Nice to have bathroom for each bedroom. Have access to ocean and to a pool was perfect .... especially since we had small children. The connecting door made it very nice for everyone to visit back and forth.
