The condos are in a great location. Not too busy and we had lots of room on the beach. The pool is awesome and it was cleaned multiple times while we were there. Nice! Our condo was clean and we had a great view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed cooking out on the patio grill.

Our stay at this location was absolutely the best. It was comfortable for everyone. Privacy was never an issue as each had their own space. We also loved the open spaces for gathering together whether it was on the porch, down stairs grilling or in the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, & living room. This home is equipped with everything. We will most definitely stay here again!! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful beach home!!

We loved the location as well as the accommodations.
The light from the Carnival ride did give a couple of the travelers issues they had to cover up the window at night. We had a group of 12 with three families. We stayed home for most meals and the only issue we had was that we cooked a great deal and only had one tiny skillet to use and had to cook supper in multiple batches.
We loved the rooms, and the location. The beach was beautiful. We had several nights when people would light off fireworks right in front of the house on the beach very late at night which was not fun for the 5 year old and sleeping. Having the towels and sheets provided made it nice. Loved having the full sized washer and dryer. Kitchen was great with up to date appliances and plenty of silverware and dishes. The island in the kitchen made meal prep easier for a large group. We would have loved to have a couple extra chairs on the deck for morning coffee. We had a great time.

It is always a great experience working with Garden City Realty! This condo is so beautiful and clean with no complaints. We loved the outdoor furniture since it was plentiful! I am so glad that we chose this unit and will return again....could not stop looking at all of the details like the decorations!
