The only problems with unit were the queen and twin bed. They are beyond worn out and we were unable to sleep on them. Do not expect to get any sleep. Everything else was perfect. Kitchen well furnished and living room furniture almost new. Outside deck is wonderful and view cannot be beat.

This is our fourth time staying in this particular Unit. The owners continue to make improvements from year to year. The bathroom updates are beautiful. Has a great view!

All 20 if our children and grandchildren enjoyed a wonderful time. The beach and the pool were hits for everyone. Very convenient !! We had some trouble wRegating the air conditioner. It would have been nice to have some pot holders and a larger toaster. Overall Excellent Vacation!

Condo complex was in a very convenient and in nice area. The pool and beach were an exceptional treat as they were directly beside each other. The condo unit itself was clean, efficient, maintained, and nicely decorate. My only wish was that we would have been a bit closer to the elevator with 3 children.

Property is just as it looks in the pictures. Everything is nice and it is an easy walk to the beach. We had a great time there and are going back to the same house next year. This was our 3rd year dealing with GCR and they are always great to work with. Suggestions for the owners: Needs - can opener, scissors, steak knives and some sharp knives. An outside grill would be great. We love your property! Thanks for letting us stay.

The property was in a great location, and the house was very clean, when we arrived. We love the neighborhood. It's very quiet and relaxing. We love sitting out on the porch of the evenings, after our walk on the beach. We also enjoyed the ice cream shop right next to the pier. Garden City is a great place to take your family for vacation. We will definitely be renting this house again.
