My family has rented this condo for the past 7 years and has already reserved it for 2 weeks next summer. We arrived this year to find it repainted, the kitchen beautifully redone, and lovely new wood floors throughout. The update looks amazing! We are so thankful that we are already locked in for our favorite 2 week vacation every year. We also made new friends while there this year.

View is amazing and loved the big screen porch. The house was clean upon arrival and had everything our family needed for the week. Small bathrooms, but nice big living space. We would rent again.

We had a great family vacation and really enjoyed our house. Our week was filled with sunshine, laughter, relaxation, and even a full moon!!!
We loved being right on the beach. It was a great location on the southern end of Garden City. Not crowded at all. Wonderful area for walking, fishing, khaking, swimming. The pool was really enjoyed too. Perfect size, clean, cool and refreshing.
We were a family off 15 so the size of the house was perfect for us. Well equipped but could use a larger cutting board and it would be nice to have a grill.
We loved the rocking chairs on the porch and it was a perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee. The picnic tables were a fun location to eat breakfast and lunch while watching the waves roll in.
We only had a few problems with the house that Garden City Reality took care of quickly. Great friendly customer service.

Has everything you need for a comfortable vacation, especially for the price. Great location. For us, being awawy from the grand strand at myrtle is a plus. We like calm and a family enviroment. It is still close enough to many fun attractions.

One of our best choices for vacation rentals! The unit is wonderful! Balconies have a great front & side view, unlike other buildings in area. This unit's balcony furniture is very nice. We're three generations and bedroom / bed layout fit us perfectly. We're strongly considering this unit for next year. I agree with other reviewers, the furniture could be updated, sits too low from age/use - hard on the knees. We tend to eat in often so another skillet and large pot for pasta would be nice, but we had enough options to make things work. Loved the pool, hot tub and just the few steps to the beach. I am always hesitant at first when working with someone new, but could not have found Garden City Realty to be any better. Very quick responses, very professional. The entire building area is very clean. We accidentally left a van door open and security came to our unit at 10 PM to advise us - very impressed with their service. It was dusty under the reclining furniture and chairs, but everywhere else was very clean. Building-wise, we could not have been any closer to the very clean beach. Tons of activities in the area are just short drive away. Tons of coupons making a trip to the Visitor's Center worth the trip there.

The house has an awesome floor plan and plenty of space and is well-maintained. Garden Reality went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer our questions. The beach is easily accessible and when not at the beach, we stayed in the pool. We loved it so much we have booked it again for next year!

A perfect family vacation. The access to the beach is easy, the house is decorated tastefully beachy, the improved deck was great. We had a couple of issues that were handled promptly. My only complaint would be the refrigerator. The house could really use an icemaker. We were a large group and no way could the icemaker keep up. Minor complaint to a beautiful week!!!!

The house was updated, in great shape, as represented in the photos and well stocked. Very clean and organized. We had every possible kitchen utensil and didn't need anything. We loved playing cards on the porch and swimming in the pool in the evenings. We had plenty of parking space and lots of room for golf carts and beach items. Our only tiny issues was the beds were a tad firmer than we prefer but that could be preference. Highly recommended for a small family.

We were so thankful to find such a nice place to rent by the day. We were able to take a 10 day family vacation. We have started at the surfmaster many times before. We loved the 1st floor location. The only change we would make is more safety aspects for children. Our 3 year old could stick his head through the banisters on the deck and unlock both deadbolts. We had to pile chairs and toss in front of the door to help create a barrier. I didn't sleep well because I listened for him all night.
