Overall was an awesome vacation.
2 issues door from master to balcony stuck shut, being handy I took care of that one. Air conditioner froze up but they had someone there very quickly to fix.
Cleanliness was decent but master bath needed more attention hair stuck to walls and shower and something that appeared to be blood on the door trim quarter size. yuck.
Up to date condo only suggestion add a recliner.
We have stayed at Surf Master many times and plan on being back, I hope cleaning improves.

Had a wonderful experience while staying at Waddington. Needs some minor updates inside but it is a beach house not the Mirage. Worked great for our family was close to beach and pier which is why chose this home. House was clean and kitchen had almost everything you would need. Will continue to do beach rentals with GCR.

Maintenance should not start before 9 am. 730 sounded like cutting down tree but was leaf blower in carport almost every day.

It was an awesome house but guest are monitored by neighbors to ensure nothing happens to house, property, or to ensure rules are not broken. Family member who has pet brought pet to house and enter one side and exited to the beach. This was report to realty company and 2 men came to house to investigate without any pets noted. Family came again with me calling realty company to ensure we were not reported again because house has public beach access on side house.

Location was great. 1st floor was wonderful with 3 small grandkids. We had a few maintenance issues but all was resolved as quickly as possible. Kitchen needs an update and bath fixtures could use an update. Overall a nice place and very family friendly.

Great time - condo could have done with better cleaning. The master bedroom mattress was filled with dirt which we at first thought was bed bugs. Baseboards dirty especially in bathrooms. Over pleased with the unit and would stay there again.

We’ve rented this house twice now and hope to have it next summer. It has everything - and more - that one could want! We had a problem opening one of the sliding doors - reported it and it was fixed immediately. Check in and out was very easy - wish we could get the house a bit earlier as we come from Colorado and have to hang in town till its ready. But overall - an excellent experience

Love our stay at garden city. Our condo at horiizon east 804 was the perfect size and very nice room. Had everything we needed for our vacation. Would definitely recommend this tho anyone.

Condo was right on the beach and the condo was clean and we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The condo is far enough down the road so that it was not too crowded on the beach but close enough to stores to make it easy and convenient. The pool was clean and well maintained.
