We arrived on Saturday around 4:30 pm. Check in went very well!
House was ready and the staff at Gardrn City Reality knew what they where doing. It was a very busy time for them with many families checking in. It took only about 10 minutes.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Very nice beach cottage in a great location. Loved the view from the covered front porch. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the beach.

We loved Beach House 305! The view is beautiful and the condo was amazing! We will absolutely stay here again. Had to call about a loose banister on the porch and it was fixed within an hour!

From the moment we walked thru the door, we were delighted with the place! We have been coming for 20 plus years and staying in condos on the beach. This one is definitely bright and inviting.

House has fully equipped kitchen; large pans and beautiful serving dishes. Location is perfect with easy access to beach. Beach is breathtaking and secluded; several times my family was alone in the middle of the day on the beach. Pool is perfect size and dock is an added bonus. Large family spent the week and all agree this was the best beach house and location we had stayed in in our 12+ years of vacationing together. Being in a gated community cut down on traffic and allowed peace of mind for kids riding bikes and walking to beach. Location allowed for easy access to shopping and all the Myrtle Beach attractions but also provided laid back environment to relax and unwind. Would recommend this house without hesitation; only negative I could say about house is front stairs are steep, we used back steps most of the time. Wonderful week in a great house on a perfect beach!!!

We had a wonderful week at the beach in Sea Master 308. This unit works well for our family and has the right number of beds available. The queen and twin mattresses in the middle bedroom were a little too firm for our liking. Also, when we arrived, the first bedroom on the right was warm. We discovered that the window was partially open. Once we got it closed, the A/C worked great!

Our family has stayed at The Waterforde for 25 yrs. great place for families and large groups. Moved to this condo this year for the first time and it’s one of the nicest on the property.

The rental experience was excellent. The only problem was the functionality of the sliding glass doors. We would recommend some much needed repairs on the doors.

Love this place!! 2nd time staying for the week of July 4th and I can’t tell you how awesome it is to be on the 11th floor looking at all the fireworks. Already booked for next year. Looking forward to staying in 1102 for years to come.

Ease of getting keys, very nicely decorated and clean property. Have stayed in other units in the Beach House but this was taken care of very well. Balcony furniture nice. Very well supplied in the kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and enough extras if you forgot something. We had rented an umbrella and chairs, but we found their Tommy Bahama chairs were fabulous!
