Great oceanfront location with a scenic view from the extra large balcony on the sixth floor. All of the indoor seating was comfortable and so were the beds. The balcony chairs were not comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space . The kitchen was small and fairly well equipped but could use some updating. The master bath could also use some updating but was functional. The other bathroom was updated. I thought both baths needed a grab bar in the shower. Rental company was GREAT. Would rent again.

Absolutely fabulous rental, my family totaled enjoyed our stay in this unit. The wrap around balcony is huge and was a big hit with our family. We were able to eat outside often. The hot tub was a great hit also. I highly recommend you consider this recently remodeled unit for your next beach visit.

Nice condo. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms have been updated since some of the other posts and/or they just had a chance bad experience. Great location. Pool was cleaned daily.

Large portion has been remolded. Vanity in master needs replacing and kitchen cabinet under sink. We enjoyed this condo and found it very pleasant. Would rent it again. Furniture was newly replaced.

This location is perfect if you want to stay right on the beach. The pool is nice too. The condo has plenty of room and everything you would need. We have stayed here for 3 years now. If I had to say anything negative it would be the furniture is starting to show some wear and tear. Other than that, I would recommend this condo to others.

Seafari Sands exceeded our expectations. This was our family's first trip to Garden City and the accommodations were perfect. The house sits back against the inlet with a nice deck to enjoy the sunsets. Also, the walking distance to beach make this a great rental. You won't be disappointed with your stay at Seafari Sands.

We have been staying at beachside windy hill since 2015 and we would not want to stay anywhere else. It is right across from a beach access which makes it perfect to walk back and forth to the beach with ease.

License to chill is a beautiful home and its location is absolutely perfect. The constant breeze off the marsh makes a relaxing experience without out some of the wind that you get off the ocean front. The house is beautiful inside and out and met all our needs. Some of the folks in our party don't like the beach and some of us love the beach so this house gave us all the luxury of being where we wanted to be... the pool is spectacular and I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a large group of people who just want to relax and have a good time.. I also recommend renting a golf cart to get to and from the beach.. it makes all the difference in the world!

We arrived on Saturday around 4:30 pm. Check in went very well!
House was ready and the staff at Gardrn City Reality knew what they where doing. It was a very busy time for them with many families checking in. It took only about 10 minutes.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Very nice beach cottage in a great location. Loved the view from the covered front porch. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the beach.

We loved Beach House 305! The view is beautiful and the condo was amazing! We will absolutely stay here again. Had to call about a loose banister on the porch and it was fixed within an hour!
