Rented both sides for family reunion, and had great time! Pool service was wonderful! Best we have had at any rental. Beds were comfortable. Loved having 2 fridges on each side. Beach was never crowded and felt private. Long Bay Estates is a lovely neighborhood too. House could use a deep cleaning. Had some trouble with the internet service. Otherwise a great house!

I loved the layout of the house. Traveling with teenagers, they were able to stay in the lower level and had a sitting area where they could play their video games. Left the adults to the living area upstairs with TV.

This condo was just what we needed! Plenty of space to spread out, open concept den/kitchen and great view of the ocean! We were excited about the great movie choices but were never able to get vhs/dvd player to work :(
Otherwise we enjoyed our beach and pool time and would return to compass rose again.

The staff at Garden City Realty were so accomadating for our group reservation. Our ball team wanted an affordable oceanfront experience that everyone could enjoy. Mary was spectacular booking our individual reservations I’m the same building at the Surfmaster. Nobody had a single complaint! It was clean, spacious, had incredible views, a wonderful seafood restaurant within walking distance on the beach and less chaotic than the strip. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend the Surfmaster to families of all ages and sizes.

Want a great view of the beach? this is the condo to rent. condo was in perfect shape. Everything was as stated in the description, perfectly decorated and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Loved it so much we have already booked for another 2 week for 2019. Only thing I would change is to add a table on the deck.

Great week for the whole family. This house was just the right size and plenty of room. The plumbing needs updating, some of the faucets are difficult to operate.

This house had more than enough room for our family and we loved the closed in deck. The only suggestion I could make would be to add a mattress topper to the beds because they weren't very comfortable. The house is in great shape and was very up to date. Loved it!
