This house was very spacious for our large family. We enjoyed the pool. I was very pleased that we were close enough to see the ocean and breathe the salt air. Hopefully we will be back to Mystic Tide! The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals for large groups.

We enjoyed this precious old style beach cottage. Our daughter was engaged right out in front of the house in the dunes. We will always have precious memories at Pier Pressure.
I do wish there had been more seating for our family.

This house has been totally updated and is nicer than the pictures currently showing. The new decorations are very beachy and the home is very clean. We had everything we needed. House is a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend Actually Ours!

Loved the house. Ice maker on fridge did not work. Wasn't happy about having to keep the AC no lower than 72 (it's HOT!). Loved the closeness of the beach and the private walkway. Would definitely recommend!

Rented both sides for family reunion, and had great time! Pool service was wonderful! Best we have had at any rental. Beds were comfortable. Loved having 2 fridges on each side. Beach was never crowded and felt private. Long Bay Estates is a lovely neighborhood too. House could use a deep cleaning. Had some trouble with the internet service. Otherwise a great house!

I loved the layout of the house. Traveling with teenagers, they were able to stay in the lower level and had a sitting area where they could play their video games. Left the adults to the living area upstairs with TV.

This condo was just what we needed! Plenty of space to spread out, open concept den/kitchen and great view of the ocean! We were excited about the great movie choices but were never able to get vhs/dvd player to work :(
Otherwise we enjoyed our beach and pool time and would return to compass rose again.
