The Metzler House was as advertised and more. We had 8 adults and 3 children and we never felt like like we were in each others way. We all commented several times "look, they even have one of these". We have never seen a place so well stocked.
With 3 young grandchildren the heated pool was fabulous. We had no issues with it or with anything else for that matter. We would highly recommend this house for anyone with a large party.

Our second time staying here and we are still fairly satisfied. The location is amazing. The best second row you can find - so close to beach access. The unit is pretty well appointed and relatively clean. Too much cluttery beach decor but thats normal. The problem was a very strong chemical cleaning odor when we checked in and it took days to air out. And then we discovered some strong musty odors that are not pleasant. The unit is nice and location perfect - but it needs a deep deep cleaning or something.

Our stay was from 12/30/25 to 3/31/26. The view from the unit was spectacular. The furnishings were clean and comfortable including the bedrooms It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked for 2027. In addition the management company was very responsive when unusual circumstances occurred. This unit would be great to stay in for the summer season. Great views great balcony great location.

This rental was spacious with a view that can't be beat. The panoramic views were enjoyed every minute of our stay. The bathrooms were beautifully remodeled with the Master having a walk in shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Located right across street from beach access, nice co do, clean, everything you need for that beach vacation, beds are comfortable, elevator is great, property is well- maintained, managing company is great and attentive, drawbacks: no view, no smart tv’s, extremely small kitchen storage, stove doesn’t seem to work properly

The view from the balcony and the large picture window is unbelievable. You feel like you are actually sitting on the beach! The condo has been updated and is in great shape.

This unit is very nice and well furnished! My only complaint was , in my opinion, the kitchen was just a little under stocked. Most of the glasses were plastic, which I understand, but as an adult I would prefer deal glass. The skillet was scratched and needs replaced. Overall, a very good stay in a nice unit!

A group of us come every year in March. The place is great for our needs. We love that it is ocean front! Great location!

A Wave From it All was a very nice house with all the right amenities. Plenty of room and the kitchen was very well equipped. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Will very likely stay here again next year

Nice little getaway in Winter; quiet with beautiful view. Only suggestion would be a smart TV in family room to access Netflix, Prime, etc

My stay was wonderful. Becuase I was there (alone) for business and not leisure I was not able to fully enjoy the property. However, I was overall pleased with all aspects of it and would recommend it highly.
