Everything about the unit was wonderful. I understand the 1 parking spot per unit, but a 3 bedroom condo should allow more than one car.
Only issue was parking. Garden City police parking enforcement is a little " money hungry". Car was towed for being 1/4 inch over a line.

The house has a good location and is a very short walk to the beach. The house is upgraded in many ways with high-end finishes & touches. Not your ordinary beach house. Upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Very nice big-screen TV in the living room and the house is very clean. The back yard is the shining star with its beautiful pool. The awning at pool house didn't operate, but that was fine.

The only disadvantage to this house is there is only 1 bathroom upstairs to service 3 bedrooms.

We have stayed at Beach House for many years now. This was our first time in 109. The property was as described. We loved having the end unit. We liked all the seating in the living room. The mattress in the primary bedroom is quite firm, but some people prefer that. The only thing that could have improved our stay is a more updated refrigerator with an ice maker. However, we would stay here again.

Enjoyed 403 very much. We have stayed here twice before. Unit was clean, neat and love the master shower. Only comments for improvement would be the kitchen needs a coffee pot brewer and the balcony could use a high table and chairs for sitting out with your drinks and snacks.

This place was so perfect for us that we almost want to keep this our little secret. We always feel well tended to with GC Realty and we received superb and flawless service this visit as well. First time users of VayKLife equipment rental and it was flawless as well. We have no complaints on the property. Parking was a challenge but GC Realty provided options. The balcony views were our favorite and the beach access is unmatched. Allowing a golf cart was a big draw for us. All of the beds slept well. The king bedroom is spacious. The other bedrooms are tight. Decor is updated and everything is well maintained.

Pros: very responsive property manager at the end of the phone! Small issues addressed with lightening speed and a cheerful attitude!
Very clean property
Lots of amenities that are not always part of vacation rentals. Extra soap, dishwasher pods, towels, TP and trash bags. Much appreciated!
Nice decor, cute and cozy, comfy furniture.
Nice, clean little pool.
Close to nice beach, easy walk.
Cons: no half bath on lower level by pool. Main floor bedroom had the only bathroom on that level so that bedroom didn’t have privacy. Lots of stairs to use bathrooms.

Unit is very nice, with nice appointments, furniture etc. no noise since it’s on the top floor. Kitchen items were in good shape. Building pool and grounds were well maintained and clean. Very nice
