Six family members joined our trip to Garden City Beach. it was our first time staying in this area and thoroughly enjoyed. The house was in a good location and we loved the privacy of the salt water pool. Everyone voted that we should stay at Sandy Paws next year! Thank you for your hospitality and help with some details along the way. Getting a golf cart was a good idea. We found everything in good shape.If you could have turned down the outside heat...

This house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the space under the house for games and hammocks! Perfect location to the point for fishing and looking for shark teeth. I wanted to take my elderly mother to the beach for some rest from doctors and appointments, so I called Garden City Realty and spoke with Emma. She listened to my needs and concerns and found me the perfect place. It is a great size, clean, had everything we needed, other than our personal items! We loved sitting on the screened in porch with the ocean right in front of us. The view from the kitchen makes you feel like you’re on the water!! I took a leap of faith and rented it on her recommendation and was very pleased.

We have rented this property for years for our annual family beach vacation and have always loved it. The property has enough sleeping locations to meet the needs of our sometimes expanding family and sometimes shrinking family. The clean uncrowded beach is just across the street. Being inside Inlet Harbor means that street has almost no traffic on it.

Rental company pleasant & easy to work with. Everything was just as listed/pictured. Decor was very nice and comfortable, with spacious living area. Kitchen well stocked. The little bath/kitchen essential packs were nice. Simple sunlight blocking draperies for sliding doors would be nice (we had teenager who chose to sleep on sofa). First time we've had a private pool, and the kiddos loved it! Our family of 19, ages 8-63 had a great time and hope to vacation here again!

We've been coming to the Surf Master for over 20 years and have stayed in 711 several times now. We love that it has been updated. The only issue that I noticed this time is that the room with bunks is very uncomfortable for sleeping. Too warm. Be nice if an oscillating fan were available. We fly, so bringing our own is out of the question.
