Our family of 5 relaxed and enjoyed a beautiful beach week. The view of the beach was amazing. We appreciated the short walk to the lightly populated family beach. The condo is nicely decorated and equipped with all the essentials. We ate out in Murrells Inlet 3 times and walked to a restaurant at the Surfside Pier. The AC did go out but that was fixed quickly.

We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. GOOD - Handover was seamless. Instructions were clear. Location to pier was a doable walk. Mini-mart next door was convenient. BAD - only one parking pass and lot was tight. Pull out mattress not sleepable - just a sheet covering springs.

Loved the Beach House and that it was dog friendly. The pool in yard was great because it was so hot the past wk. Haven’t stayed that far back from beach but the pool made it ok. Liked that it was ready on time as we had 8 hr drive and we just was in Conway when it was ready. City needs to fix the street.

We had a great week-long stay at this unit. The house was exactly as described and pictured in photos. Clean, and well decorated, kitchen was appropriately stocked with essentials, the full size washer and dryer was perfect for keeping up with our laundry. The couches and beds were very comfortable. And everyone, kids and adults loved the game table! The pool was wonderful, it was a great size and well maintained. There was a man out cleaning it every morning. Plenty of parking under the house and space for all the beach gear. The only thing that would have made it better for us with having 2 families and 4 boys, would be if the 3rd bedroom had 2 sets of bunks, rather than the twin over double bunk and twin sofa bed...the boys didn't want to share beds so 1 slept on the couch the whole week, but he didn't mind because it was very comfortable. We were worried about the location being directly across from 2 hotels, but accessing the beach was easy and there was plenty of room for a great spot. There was one day the AC struggled to keep up but it was almost 110 that day, the rest of the time the AC was perfect. Overall, great location, well updated and decorated and comfortable home. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Very nice room, very happy with it. A lot of rules the HOA has made that lessen the fun of a vacation that you pay a lot for but it didn’t ruin vacation.

We had a great time! Loved the home! I don't know who you have cleaning but keep them the house was very clean. The only complaint I have is you need to provide a few more towels and a bad storm blew through 3 days before we left. I called to have the pool guy come out and clean up debris and get the leaves out of the pool. He came by to check out the light in the pool but never cleaned out the pool. We did the best we could with the net. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this penthouse a couple of years ago before it was refinished, the new look is absolutely phenomenal! It was super clean and beautifully decorated. The appliances and ac could use some help. We were there during a heat wave but it was hard to get our rooms cold. The living room has a great unit but the bedrooms get almost no ac. I would also recommend to bring your own curtains. The sun comes in the windows directly in your face, there was no option of closing a curtain so we were up with the sunrise. There was also problems with the elevators, for three days both elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the 11 flights of stairs. My father is disabled and was t able to leave the room for three days! Garden city reality was nice and professional when I called. They got one elevator fixed but it was always a long wait. (Still better than the stairs.) we talked to an owner of a unit and they said there have been several weeks that the elevators don’t work at all, they will e replaced October 2025 so if you are looking to book before then I would just be aware that you might have to use the stairs. We would have changed our booking if we had known!

Lovely home, great week with family, in spite of:
Pool was never cleaned Sat.-Sat. Elevator button broke Sunday. HVAC main floor went out Sunday night. Previous renters full trash/receptacles on street until Tuesday pick-up. Put ours out Friday (27th) night and only one receptacle emptied when we vacated. Hope second one was emptied eventually for next renters. Sliding door to outside malfunctioned, hard to open and had a greasy substance tracked onto rug unintentionally. All being said, Garden City staff/maintenance were excellent in responding, trying to accommodate issues. Elevator repair was excellent, though temporary fix to button broke again Thursday. HVAC repaired promptly and perfectly. I would recommend Garden City Realty for their professionalism and friendliness and ease of communication including app for entry and rental instructions.

We visited LindoMar in early June, and we enjoyed our stay. Surfside Beach is clean and quiet. Garden City Realty was friendly and easy to work with.
