GCR staff were wonderful to work with, able to get in property early which was a welcomed surprise, very pleased with location and overall comfort of the condo. Marlin Quay is a great place to stay anytime of the year. It is the best of both worlds, inlet and across street from beach.

nice view from the balcony, the sun is warm and we enjoy sitting out there on sunny days. In the beginning there were some issues. The sheets still are not fitting, the mattress is deep and even the deep fitting sheets ride up. They addressed our concerns quickly. There was no place for our food after we went grocery shopping, all the cabinets were full.

WE really loved the condo. However the building was under construction the entire month. We had no privacy and our view was obstructed. We did get a small reimbursement but it did not make up for disruption

The booking process, check-in/out were great. The room was exceptional! Beautiful views, Beautifully decorated, and great location. However, I will not be staying here again because of the inconvenience of all their attempts at making the area more secure. A keypad to get into the parking garage, into the pool area, out of the pool area, onto the beach, in from the beach. When arms are full, having to dig out the key fob or phone from the bottom of the pool bag to get from point A to point B is frustrating. And the pool is only open from 9am-9pm. On vacation,it would be nice to enjoy the hotub with adults past 9pm. Security was there to run us out every night and one of them was very rude at that. And another "security guard" reprimanded me for using an owner/friends code on the keypad to come and go from the pool to beach. I wanted to get into the ocean without worrying about taking my phone or keyfob in with me or leaving it somewhere on the beach. If you have young kids or if you're elderly, this is a great place to stay. But if you're an adult with older children that wants to enjoy vacation past 9pm, stay the next complex down the beach.

The condo was as described. Great week for our family. Felt very safe, Security was always visible.

Very satisfied with the rental. It was clean and very comfortable furniture. I was impressed. Fantastic view from the balcony. Hope to rent this condo again in the future.

Great location. We stay at one ocean place every summer and this was the second time we stayed in 201. We love the big balcony you get with an end unit. The coffee pot was disgusting so I thoroughly cleaned it. Ceiling fans need dusted. Balcony railing was bent but they came and put netting up.

We enjoyed the entire week in this beach condo. Views were spectacular and the cleanliness was very welcoming. Very spacious balcony in which we gathered each night. Convenient to Conch Cafe , beach and pool. Beautiful inside and appliances worked well. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will come again.

It’s so hard to find a three bedroom for three adult couples (us and our adult children), so we were thrilled to find this one. This unit was spacious and well stocked. The rental agency’s linens and toiletries were appreciated. It was nice, and pretty clean (some furniture stains, but that comes with the territory....some renters are just not careful with other people’s stuff). The mattresses felt a bit older. If you ever replace the beds, I would suggest going all in on appealing to adults and put a king in every room. We had family in the rental house next door and we all felt like there was more living room space in this condo than in the house, and the condo was priced better. The building overall needs some sprucing up (especially the elevators), but I’d recommend this unit (201). Parking can be difficult, especially if you’re in a bigger vehicle, because the spaces and ramps are narrow.

The blinds have been broken for the past 2 years we have stayed here. We love the unit we stay in but would like to be able to shut the blinds for privacy. The furniture could use a good cleaning or replaced. The kitchen could use utensils for cooking. Additional pots and pans as well.

...view of the ocean and the sunrise. You can see this unit has been remodeled/ updated. It’s beautiful inside. The beds are more than comfortable...the kitchen, while not stocked well, was first rate. The stainless steel refrigerator was one of the largest I’ve ever seen. Our family of 70+ have been going to Surfside/Garden City for over 45 years. I knew Ocean One was here...just didn’t know what it had to offer. From one beach to another - don’t pass up the chance to vacation here.

Beautiful view. Overall cleanliness good however saw MULTIPLE cockroaches every day and had to deal with the massive inconvenience of having to chase and get rid of them while on vacation. Kitchen understocked.
