The AC works beautifully, which is important over the summer. Amazing views of the ocean are right there, and I honestly couldn't see myself staying anywhere else.

Dry Run

We absolutely loved this beach house. It was wonderful being able to be together as a family. The Lindo Mar was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need.

When we first got their the door code wouldn't work. The #9 stopped working on the door. We called Garden City Realty and the lady was able to help us get in until maintenance could come by and fix it. We had an infant with us and she was very considerate of that with the heat. Maintenance showed up in about 15 mins. He fixed the door panel and set us up a new code. Everything worked perfectly, the air conditioning, hot water, washer/dryer. It did rain in the early mornings and evenings for a couple of days so when that happened the rain water ran into the pool causing it to get dirty and turn green. Maintenance came by 2 days while we were there and cleaned it and put chemicals in, easy fix. Things with the pool is to be expected. The house was in a wonderful location to the beach, very quiet street, great neighbor, we couldn't have had a better stay. Only recommendation I would give would be getting a new vacuum. We wanted to use it for cleaning up sand that the kids would track in and the one at the property didn't hardly work. If you have several kids and adults going I highly recommend staying at Sandy Paws. Also this was the first time taking my Frenchie on vacation, she did wonderful and loved the house as well.

Penthouse was very clean with beautiful views from every bedroom. The top floor master suite was stunning. This helped helped me make memories with my family that will last a lifetime.

3 generations all together for the first vacation in years and this house was a perfect beginning. The layout of the rooms was just what we needed for a relaxing week to spend time at the beach or the private pool. The smaller size of the property was perfect to all be together but also space to rest alone. Amenities were great and the location of the beach access was not crowded no matter what time you went there. We are already planning summer of 2027!

This condo is beautiful and well maintained. We have been staying at Surf Master for several years, and this condo is one of the nicest we have rented. Beds are comfortable and a good size for our family of four.

Recently upgraded property with new pool and kitchen. Only 10 minutes from the driveway to sitting on the beach which was perfect. The kids loved coming back to spend as much time in the pool. Very comfortable although beds could use an upgrade. Checkin and checkout super easy. Short ride to restaurant row. Problem free stay.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Perfect ocean front deck! Near many restaurants and the Garden City Pier. Will return again!

Every year I rent a week on the creek to enjoy fishing and boating. I have rented this home several times because of the boat landing. The home was clean, but the couch was full of sand so first time sitting on it,, the back of my legs were covered in sand. Also, the grass wasn't cut so walking to the boat left the weed seeds all over your legs especially if you have lotion or suntan oil on them. I would also recommend airing out the laundry area, very strong musty smell but overall, it was a great stay.
