The condo was very nice overall. The biggest disappointment the air didn’t cool the condo like it should. Thankfully they had floor fans so that helped some.

The house is beautiful, well laid our for our family, and has a well stocked kitchen. Beach access is just across the street and of course you have the creek in the back with a great dock for our boat and jet skis. Parking is ample enough for several cars, our boat trailer, a golf cart trailer and a jet ski trailer. Views of the ocean and the marsh from the porches. The pool is right next to the creek which was great. A pool net would have been helpful after the landscape folks came. Their blowers were not strong enough the offset the brisk breeze coming from creekside LOL so the pool got a bit grassy. Also, the description mentioned a 1⁄2 bath downstairs for pool use but it was not available. Would have been helpful but certainly did not ruin our visit. We have been coming to Garden City for over 50 years and this was by far the best house for a large crowd that we have stayed in because each bedroom had its own bath, there was an elevator that we could ferry stuff upstairs and for our elderly guest to use, living areas were spacious and the seating was comfortable. Plenty of dining space as well. All in all a great house in the perfect location! Many new beach memories were made that week.

The condo was in excellent condition. It was very clean and spacious, with a wonderful balcony and ocean view. The corner unit provides extra privacy by not having other renters walking back and forth by the condo. I have no negative comments. The entire experience was a positive one, Garden City Realty found just what I was looking for in a vacation rental. They made the reservation process simple and took care of everything. I would definitely go back again.

Great view from the balcony. Furnishings were a little outdated and only one person could shower at a time due to water pressure being low. Overall great location and unit.

The condo we stayed was in need of some repair and updating. The sofa bed was unable to be used. The property itself is wonderful. The staff, especially jackie are wonderful. Will definitely return, just not the same condo.

We brought out kids and grandkids to the beach for a week and stayed in Surfmaster 108, it was a beautiful beachy condo with an amazing view!! We will be back for sure...
