The condo was in excellent condition. It was very clean and spacious, with a wonderful balcony and ocean view. The corner unit provides extra privacy by not having other renters walking back and forth by the condo. I have no negative comments. The entire experience was a positive one, Garden City Realty found just what I was looking for in a vacation rental. They made the reservation process simple and took care of everything. I would definitely go back again.

Great view from the balcony. Furnishings were a little outdated and only one person could shower at a time due to water pressure being low. Overall great location and unit.

The condo we stayed was in need of some repair and updating. The sofa bed was unable to be used. The property itself is wonderful. The staff, especially jackie are wonderful. Will definitely return, just not the same condo.

We brought out kids and grandkids to the beach for a week and stayed in Surfmaster 108, it was a beautiful beachy condo with an amazing view!! We will be back for sure...

Although we had to compete between sun and rain we had a wonderful vacation. We really enjoyed the porches up and down. We felt a step is needed off the porch to the beach.The house was clean and comfortable. Had a great vacation.

This is our second time staying at Beachside Windy Hill. I prefer to keep the home a secret so that others don't realize that it's a great property. Since we last stayed in the home there have been several updates with a new barbeque/pergola area and upgraded countertops. If I could have one wish, it would be for more electrical outlet's. There are not that many of them in the home when you are trying to charge cell phones, tablets for the kids etc. It's a minor thing but if the owner's are going to do any other upgrades in the future, that is my only wish. The POOL area is the best.

Penthouse I in surfmaster is a fine condo, you will enjoy it, price on upper end but you get what you pay for. Thanks Garden City!
