My family and I have stayed in the Garden City location for 29 years in a row. We have stayed in multiple house with multiple realtors. Our stay was one of if not the best experience to date. This was our first stay at Driftwood and the location, cleanliness, accommodations and variety of amenities were awesome! We had a few minor SNAFU's but they were handled immediately with total satisfaction. We would recommend this rental exclusively! We will certainly be back. The only complaint was the main floor bedroom with the two single beds were very uncomfortable with very thin mattresses.

1506 was lovely and had nice views. Furnishings comfortable & prettty beach decor. We never used pools and got in hot tub 2x. Would have preferred pool on beachside. It was a very crowded beach but the waves were great! Had never been to Garden City not much to do. Wish rental agency supplied more soap & dish detergent. Nice if coffee & filters & basic spices were stocked. We had to make our beds, sheets supplied. Key a bit tricky to get out of door and wifi spotty. Overall pretty nice if you want Garden city. The beach gets a very high tide and quite a bit of fireworks that we enjoyed.

Oondo very nice and spacious. Great location. Has evertthing you need, it is like a home away from home. Second time we have stayed in this unit. If it storms and the wind blows the sliding doors have a whistling sound that is really loud and you can hear it all over the unit, it will actually wake you at night. I told the office last time we stayed there, which was 3 years ago and it apparentlly wasn’t fixed because it still does it. All it needs is a new seal around the door that slides back and fourth, cause it has a small gap around it and if you push on it ( the side of the door that does not have the lock on it) when it storms and the wind is blowing the noise stops, you can look and the see the gap if you look. It stormed about every night we were there, one night was really bad, it woke everyone and they had the bedroom doors closed. Besides that the unit is really nice and comfortable, plently of room.

We had such wonderful time and experience at Lancaster/Fifth Generation. We stay in Garden City a lot. This was our first time at Lancaster and I have to say it was the best house so far. Plenty of space for the 8 of us that stayed and the house was fully equipped with everything that we needed. Even though the four bedrooms are right off the main living area, the front and back porch were perfect for early risers to sit and watch tv while others slept in. The porch on street side was by far my favorite. Comfortable and cool. You can’t beat being directly on the beach with morning and night views of the ocean. The only recommendation I would make is an update in the master bath. Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone.

The location of this house can't be beat! Next to the State Park and no public beach access in the neighborhood made it a very private experience. The screened-in deck was perfect in the morning to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was very well stocked (although a second coffee pot would be good!). All of the bedrooms were comfortable. Having the pool and hot tub partially under the house was a bonus to be able to get a break from the sun when needed. Would love to stay here again someday and would definitly recommend for others!

This condo was exactly as the pictures and in very good condition. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should except for the living room tv. I made Garden City Realty aware that the picture would go away but the sound would be on periodically and you could turn it off and back on in 30 minutes and it would be ok. I only made them aware the day we left. If my husband and I came back just us we would definitely book this condo again. My family has used Garden City Realty for over 20 years. Always a great experience!

Driftwood met all our expectations. The decor was very beachy but tasteful and not overdone. Two full refrigerators plus a wet bar with ice maker was so helpful. Great big flat screen TVs. Six adults and six kids ages 13-18 had plenty of sleeping and living space. Location was great - we were able to bypass most of Ocean Blvd (and golf carts!) and take back roads to Atlantic Ave and the main highway. The hot tub never did heat up, although the jets worked. It didn’t really matter to us, the pool and beach were our main interests. Very nice wide beach here. Great vacation!
