This was our 3rd stay at the Surf Master. First two years where in the south tower penthouse 10. This year was north tower 803. We loved the decor and workmanship that the condo has!! Super clean and perfectly stocked kitchen. Will rent this unit again without a doubt. The Surf Master needs to do something about the elevators. Super slow and super hot!! Other than that great place

We had a lovely week at Garden City. Loved the condo and recent changes to layout in kitchen and master bathroom. Condo is perfect for our family in every way. Already reserved for next summer.

We had a great vacation while at this location. The reality people were very cordial and ready to help in any way. The only minus that we had were the pots and pans in the kitchen. We made do with what was there but i would recommend adding a few sheet pans and some pots and bowls. Other than that we loved everything about it. The location was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was fantastic. Thank you!

Most enjoyable! We were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary with family and it was a most enjoyable week. Only significant problem was poor drainage of the street with there being a large lake for most of the week.

Everyrhing was decent enough regarding the condo. Not much in terms of updates except the whole units flooring was redone in click together laminate, so that was nice. Electrical outlet in the master bath didnt work also outlet for over head dining room light. But otherwise great condo.
