All was very good just as we expected. The only downside was the air conditioning did not seem to take the humidity fully out of the air, so was a bit stale, but otherwise all good.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this home. We all especially loved the covered porch overlooking the Inlet, the floating dock , and the swimming pool. The house was clean , beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make meals. Location is great and just a short distance to the beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Pawleys Island

We had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated condo in Inlet Pointe in Garden City! It had everything you need!

Our only issue is the dryer heat element is out so it takes forever to dry anything, unfortunately wasting energy. Other than this easy fix it, the place was great and is highly recommended!

Mount Airy

We have stayed at Surf Master unit 107 because we love the decor, the comfort, and easy access into the condo. We also love the oceanfront view and the wonderful balcony. There’s a nearby public parking for family or friends to join us for a day at the beach. I love the open floor plan so there’s a view of the ocean from the living, dinning areas and the kitchen.

This house was perfect for our family. The location was very close to the pier and Garden City restaurants and there was ample space in bedrooms and bathrooms for us. There was a lot of noise from the pier, but that did not bother us.

We always stay at Atalaya Towers when we vacation to the beach and it never disappoints it’s always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful when needed. This was the first year that we used Garden City Realty and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a place to stay they are friendly, helpful and take the time to let you know in advance things you need to know about your stay to make it your stay less stressful. I will be using Garden City Realty when I plan my vacation to the beach and Atalaya Towers will always be the place we will stay.

Love the location. Being able to see the ocean and the marsh, with all the boats, was great. If I could change one thing it would that the walkway to the beach was longer but I would definitely stay again.

Oak Hill

Highly recommend this vacation spot! The only downside is that it doesn’t have an elevator—stairs only—but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, from morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise to cooking meals for the whole family. The location is right on the beach with stunning views. This will definitely be our go-to vacation spot every year!

It had great views as you are 10 stories up. Had some issues with housekeeping but I called and they were out there within the hour to fix it. The condo was nice and kitchen stocked with whatever you needed. I feel the TVs could be updated as they weren’t smart TVs. Be prepared to find a spot on the beach early as the life guard sets up a bunch of chairs and umbrellas to rent. Overall we had a nice time.

This place is an excellent place to spend your vacation! It is exactly as described by garden city realty. Beautiful oceanfront room with comfortable bed and furniture! Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances large and small you would need ! The balcony Is huge and the access to the beach and pool is very simple. We will be visiting again. On a side note - parking can be tough , we had a parking pass and on 2 seperate occasions had to park away from the building. Once we parked in front of the building which was ok other than they have small wooden post alongside the parking spots and in a taller SUV I was unable to see one of the post on my passenger side and severely damages the side of my car trying to pull out of the spot the next day Just be careful for this !

This house is a perfect house for a small family that enjoys having a pool in addition to a very close walk to the beach! We have stayed here five years in a row now and love it! Also close to the pier. Kitchen is well stocked with all your needs for meal prep.
