Contract stated that we should be able to get in condo around 4:00 PM. However, there were some cleaning issues and we did not get in until 7:00 PM. Otherwise, it was a very nice vacation.

Like always we loved our stay at Surfmaster. We will never change locations. My husbands family have been staying at this building for 20 plus years. The brach access pools and hot tubs ate top notch. Such friendly staff.

This is a nice condo, and will be really nice once the master bath and kitchen have been remodeled to match the updated guest bath. The only issue we had was the main sliding glass door to the balcony sticks, and is nearly impossible to open from the balcony side unless you leave the door a bit open. Other than that, we had a great stay.

This place was the nicest we have ever stayed. It is as pictured. Decorated nicely. I noticed teh other units had a different kind of blinds for the living room windows. This units type of blinds were definitley the best kind. We would close the left side one to block the heat during the hottest part of the day. Never had to close the one going to the balcony except at night. Clean, plenty of room for us and the view was perfect! The sheets and towels they provided was a huge plus for us! Washer and dryer a little dated but worked fine. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans/utensils....even had the salt and pepper. Several small appliances were provided. No issues checking in or out. One thing I was concerned about was whether the air would keep it cool. It was great! We will definitely be staying here next year!! The only negative thing I could say is the king mattress should be replaced soon. The other beds were fine. We listened to a timeshare for 2 hrs on Tuesday and received discounted tickets to Ripleys Aquarium, Pirates Voyage and Legends in Concert. They were all great. Pirates Voyage was the best and maybe that's because they serve dinner with the show. Our entire week's stay was just fabulous here! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!

This was a really nice place and the price was right. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom nice! It was complete and stocked well with everything you need. The view of the ocean was beautiful from our deck! The pool was large which we really enjoyed. Quiet area with stores and restaurants close by ! We really liked 114 Villa! The deck was small but we made it work for us! We would go back to this place, all good! You won't be disappointed!

Apartment was clean and directly on the beach great place to be. Our one issue is our key to not work properly, the top lock did not work at all from the outside we called for maintenance three times and we even had to call maintenance and let us in one time when we could not get in to the condo. No one ever fix the locks the 2 weeks we were there. there were many when we had to leave the doors unlocked and we're we're afraid that somebody would come in take our belongings
