Beautiful condo, so convenient to pool and beachfront.

We took a last minute beach trip and this unit was the only available for the time period we needed. We decided to give it a chance and we are so glad that we did. It was wonderful. We have stayed at Surf Master several other times in a 1 bedroom condo. This condo was so comfortable and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary pots, pans, dinnerware etc. The balcony was so enjoyable. The couch and king size bed was comfy. The master bathroom shower leaked (would not stay turned off) and the master bath sink stopper was broken (minor inconveniences. Overall it was fabulous and we hope to get to stay in this condo again.

Lovely weather, Lovely accommodations,Lovely vacation! Love Garden City and being so close to the beach. Can't beat walking out the back door and hitting the sand! Have been traveling to Myrtle Beach for some 50 yrs. Can't be beat!

Nice stay, floor clean. Bed uncomfortable (springs on last legs), sofa slightly more comfortable. Highly recommend replacing the vent and tiles above the stove - can't decide if it is smoke (looks like mold growing).

This was our first time staying at Lancaster/Fifth Generation, but it won’t be our last, as we made reservations for the same week next year. There was plenty of room for the six of us. The house was located near enough to the pier ,and arcade ,that we walked there several times during our stay. There were plenty of kitchen items to use when cooking and plenty of television sets. The only minor drawback is there are large palm trees at the entrance and you have to see around them to back out into the street. Overall a good stay.

We loved the home and the marsh view.

The house did not however have any hangers and I had to go to Walmart to buy some. The dishwasher smelled fishy and the oven door would come open while it was hot which made us worry the children would get burned,

Just a little feedback. Sorry mostly negative - I hope it didn't come off like we didn't love the house because we really did.

The condo was nice and well kept. The cable connection for the main TV was not good. Everything else was up to the standards that I have experience from Garden City Realty over the years we have been vacationing at Garden City.

We had yet another fabulous time at Surf Master! We have no complaints about #112, but the drainage in the bathroom to the right when you first walk through the front door needs to be fixed. Our last day it began smelling of backed up sewage terribly. Other than that, we cannot wait to visit again next year!

Loved the condo.Need to stock the kitchen better. We had to buy a bigger pan to cook some things. The condo was clean and big. Plenty of room. Balcony was large and the view was great. Perfect location close to everything.Property management was very easy to work with. Will stay again.

Nice and clean, new pool, fenced back yard for the pets, plenty of pool and deck furniture, large grill, storage room has floats, chairs, and toys for the beach. My family enjoyed our one week stay very much and will plan the same property again.
