This was our second year staying here and we absolutely love his property! The pool underneath the property is nice so you can enjoy the water and get out of the sun if you want or if it’s raining. Easy beach access, super clean, lots of upgrades done to it, we LOVE this place! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Overall nice condo. Had to run the dishwasher a couple of times to get rid of a bad smell where it had not completed running the last cycle and dirty water was left standing in it for a while.

#711 has always been our favorite unit in Surfmaster over the past 14 years. We were lucky enough to get it this year and it is still a very well kept condo. The only addition I would like to see would be a regular toaster and coffee maker rather than a toaster oven and Keurig machine. All the furnishings are in great shape, but the dryer may be starting to go bad. GCR was great to work with as always.

The House was perfect. I came with my adult daughter and our toy poodle. As soon as you walk into their home it was delightful. The home was bright, and clean with a fresh smell the whole visit. You would never know ( unless you have allergies to dogs) that animals r allowed. The House was only a very short walk to beach! Perfect location up the street was the board walk and small amusement. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anybody I know whom vacations with their dog.

Our vacation was wonderful , relaxing and enjoyable . The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed . The staff is amazing and the beach was incredible .

This condo was very clean and comfortable. I was pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes and cook ware. The view was amazing! A couple negatives which in no way reflects on the owners or Garden City Realty was that it was hard to enjoy our balcony due to smoker's under and around us. Also, children in the condo above us seemed to run all hours of the night. But, these are the things you face in close proximity to others. I appreciate that the condo was stocked with some cleaning basics and hand soap. We had a small issue with our linens but it was corrected quickly and politely by Garden City staff.

We have stayed in 803 for the past three years and we love it. The upgrades are fantastic! The staff in the office are so nice and helpful. Especially Jackie she always makes you feel right at home!

This was a very good experience and my family loved Penthouse D. It was very upscale and very clean. The management at Garden City Realty was exceptional and I was very pleased with their assistance and accommodations. This was one of the best vacations I have had in years thanks to Garden City Realty. I would certainly recommend Penthouse D to anyone with high expectations, it will not disappoint!!!
