Plenty of room for 6 adults and one 19 month old, nice size living area kitchen and dining room. Plenty of seating in living area.We loved the screen porch. Smaller bedroom does not have a ceiling fan and was warm, called and floor fan brought right away. Both king mattresses definitely need replacing, faucet leaking in hall bath.

We had a wonderful time with family. We were pleased with the rental house. The decor was very updated. The location was great. There were two broken chairs at the dining table that we could not use but other than that the house was great and would definitely Rent it again. This was our first year at the beach for the 4th of July. The golf cart parade was fun and the fireworks were awesome.

The condominium was clean and supplied with items as described in the rental. It was located on the second floor and as described there was no elevator. The pool was very close and the view from the pool fantastic. The view from the condo was the parking lot. The walk to the beach was manageable. Overall, a great vacation.

We have rented this unit several times. We like the location very much and it suits the needs of our family. However, there was a new heat/air system and the master bedroom was very cold in comparison to the remainder of the unit. Perhaps we just never got the hang of how to get the bedroom cooled properly, hence my 4 stars for our overall satisfaction. Also, the kitchen is well-stocked with kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, etc. The cleaners could have done a better job of cleaning the floors. They were a bit gritty. Otherwise, the unit was clean when we arrived.

We have been staying at Shangri la almost every year since 1986. It feels like home to us. We enjoy being right on the beach, plus having an outdoor shower. We always enjoy rocking on the screen porch.

Such a convenient place for my kids and grandkids to enjoy the beach and the pool! I just wish the dryer worked on all settings. It never shut off when you had it on automatic sensing, and this could be a safety issue.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this exceptional vacation home! The house was super clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—even startup toiletries in every bathroom, which was such a nice touch. The kitchen and family area were incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spending time together.

The private bedroom and bathroom suite on the lower level was ideal for a bit of quiet and privacy. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach just across the street and a beautiful pool the grandkids loved and covered fishing pier with cleaning station, refrigerator, sink, lots of great seating and fun lighting right in the backyard overlooking the inlet.

The home was also filled with fun extras—games, books, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. With so many great restaurants and attractions nearby, there was always something to do.

To top it all off, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner when he stopped by to say hello—and even brought us a cake! That personal touch truly made our stay feel special.

We’re already looking forward to booking again in the future!
